One can prefer from the counter or online at the table. We ordered online and put in our table number. The waitress brought the drink and food to table. Service was fast, except that we had to grab utensils ourselves. Food portion is just right. Food is fresh, tasty, and had a nice presentation!

Certainly one of my new favorite places in the area, really it’s how I think more restaurants should be; fresh, great tasting, healthy and (relatively) fast. Meal was amazing on all measures. I’ll definitely be back here to try more of the menu. Thank you for the great meal. Keep it up!

Great high quality food. Girl at the cash register was very friendly and informative. I do miss the meatloaf though.

The good: delicious healthy food that is flavorful. It didn't take much time to bring out the meals that usually take a while to cook. The bad:the tables are almost cafeteria style where you might be eating next to a stranger might be awkward if it busy. The ugly: the water smells like well water and it's best to just buy your drink.

Not only was the food, absolutely delicious, the staff working was extremely polite, very helpful And accommodating. The steak and the broccolini were delicious.

I ordered the double cheese burger. Saw it on that big beautiful menu that have outside on the curb. It was very good. I was quite shocked at how great the quality of the beef. I would have liked the meat a tad less greasy, I may just have it ordered medium well to mitigate that. Really just a small gripe. Love the way the fries were seasoned as well. Staff was nice, like the layout of the restaurant as well. Definitely coming back to get another burger. Great job Urban Plates!!! 💥💥💥

Wow... I was looking for healthy, organic food that would satisfy my hunger and found Urban Plates at Del Mar Heights. Matt was kind enough to guide us on how to order and suggested delicious choices on the menu. Thank you to the crew for the gift of trying a special mango popular dessert that we will consider for our next celebration. Their hospitality giant size cookies are also an added bonus👌 We love the way they treat their new customers. 😋 The food is outstanding.

my goodness!! I can't say enough good things about Urban Plates!! I love love love this place! The food is always so fresh and tastes amazing! Even the manager, Jerome comes by to make sure everything is to our liking! We have used Urban Plates for catering on Mothers Day and my birthday! The hummingbird cake is my favorite! It's my go to food place when I have relatives come in from out of town!
