One can prefer from the counter or online at the table. We ordered online and put in our table number. The waitress brought the drink and food to table. Service was fast, except that we had to grab utensils ourselves.
Food portion is just right. Food is fresh, tasty, and had a nice presentation
Certainly one of my new favorite places in the area, really it’s how I think more restaurants should be; fresh, great tasting, healthy and (relatively) fast. Meal was amazing on all measures. I’ll definitely be back here to try more of the menu. Thank you for the great meal. Keep it up!
Great high quality food. Girl at the cash register was very friendly and informative. I do miss the meatloaf though.
The good: delicious healthy food that is flavorful. It didn't take much time to bring out the meals that usually take a while to cook.
The bad:the tables are almost cafeteria style where you might be eating next to a stranger might be awkward if it busy.
The ugly: the water smells like well water

I ordered the double cheese burger. Saw it on that big beautiful menu that have outside on the curb. It was very good. I was quite shocked at how great the quality of the beef. I would have liked the meat a tad less greasy, I may just have it ordered medium well to mitigate that. Really just a small

I frequent this location and was told the chicken tenders weren’t available for 30+ minutes. I came back and still not ready to serve, however, the General Manager, Jerome was able to work it out so I could get the tenders. Very accommodating and professional. Urban offers Under $12 menu options.
Everything we got with the Thanksgiving package was incredible. The turkey was juicy and delicious, as well the sides complimented each other. If you are the kind that likes to leave the cooking to someone else, this is your go-to.

Very fresh, quick, tasty food. Everything was excellent quality. Meals are a tad over $15 each, the slice of the mango tart is amazing ($6.50)
The kids meal, are healthy with sliced steak and half of a slice of avocado with drink for $9. Wish this was closer!
A hidden gem of a restaurant and I can’t believe that I’m just starting to eat here more often! I work right in the highlands center and will most likely abandon all of my other lunch spots for urban plate. Food comes hot fast and DELICIOUS 😍
