We just celebrated my son's 1st birthday at Stone Brewery Point Loma and it was amazing! Liz Diaz, Event Sales Director, was awesome to work with! We reserved the large banquet area and she included the patio area with no extra charge since our party was on a Sunday. So awesome! That was what really sold me on the venue since we knew we would be having a large party with kids. Liz responded to all my inquiries in a timely manner and if I couldn't get a hold of her, Nichole was quick to respond. They were busy with the holiday season, which I understood. Liz made the party everything we wanted!
On the day of our event, we arrived an hour early to decorate and the venue was all set up exactly how we requested. The entire staff was extremely friendly and on point. Kirk, the Manager who was assisting us that day, was amazing! He was so attentive, helpful, and accommodating. I asked for extra tables and additional food last minute and it was brought out with no problem. They're very flexible with allowing outside vendors and entertainment, which I loved! They let us have airbrush/ balloon artists come for the kids. We also had an animal show by the Wild Wonders in their patio area. The staff even helped bring the animals in and out, which was so nice of them!Apparently that was Stone's first time having that type of entertainment and they liked it so much that they took their business card for referrals. All of our guests had a great time and we are so thankful to Stone Brewery for making our son's 1st birthday the best!

If you look up “Lit” in the dictionary, you’ll find a picture of Stone Brewing’s patio. Noisy, full of babes, fire pits - hell, imagine a Viking’s campsite after they just conquered a village. You want this. Nestled in the heart of the historic Liberty Station, Stone provides an astounding beer list (to be expected) and some innovative food options. The fried olives with almonds are a must. After reading some reviews about this place and others nearby, San Diegans sound like tough customers. Being from Phoenix and without a Stone Brewing Co brewery, this place was a solid selection in comparison to most breweries I’ve been to. Get in on it.
Stone Brewing World Bistro & Garden is one of my favorite places thus far, mainly because of its laid back atmosphere, delicious food and amazing staff.
We celebrated my birthday here with my family of 8 and let me tell you this place surely delivered. We reserved a table online and had no waiting time when we arrived. Our host made sure we enjoyed our dinner by answering any questions we had about the food and drinks. My kids enjoyed the garden and loved being outdoors. The restaurant offers vegan options, kid menu, and a large selection of IPA beverages. Indoor and outdoor seating available along with a souvenir shop.
I definitely recommend visiting, whether you are out with friends, on a date, solo to watch the game or celebrating a special occasion this is the perfect place to do just that!

Been here a few times and always enjoy my experience. The beer and drink selection is very large and there’s always something new to try. They have a decent selection for food and have a lot of asian influenced dishes, but don’t expect them to be “authentic”. Still tasty though.
The outdoor patio is very nice to hang out on, but the airplane noises can be a little obnoxious. Also not a huge fan of ordering from my phone, but I guess there’s pros and cons to that. Overall love this spot for a quick bite and to hang out with friends.

The menu at Stone Brewing is a masterpiece of flavors, featuring a wide range of delectable dishes that cater to various palates. Whether you're a meat lover, vegetarian, or have dietary restrictions, there's something for everyone. The quality of ingredients is evident in every bite, showcasing a commitment to locally sourced and sustainable produce.
But it's not just the food that shines; the beer selection at Stone Brewing is simply outstanding. Crafted with passion and expertise, their brews complement the menu perfectly, providing a delightful harmony of flavors.
The service at Stone Brewing is top-notch, with attentive staff members who go above and beyond to ensure your visit is memorable. The waiter remembered all 12 of our names!
The ambiance is truly enchanting, with spacious gardens, cozy seating, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
Liberty station in general is just a very cool place ! First time into the restaurant.. From the host to the wait staff, everyone was great! The vibe is very conducive to relaxing minus the white noise of the aircraft taking off every 1-2 minutes. LOL. The resident ducks made an appearance ..
The food was good. First off the wonton nachos are BANGIN' ! Delicious, mildly spicy but lick the plates clean. Entrees were the Diablo burger- plant based Patty and seasoned well.. this was Delicious as well. Followed up with the Korean chicken sandwich.. this was the ONLY letdown of the meal. It was good but comparatively to the other items it was ok. Not super spicy .
Overall, it's a great restaurant with a nice selection of beer, a cool atmosphere and good food.
You can't really tell from the outside, but this brewery is huge! They have a large indoor seating area and bar, but the highlight of this place is the back patio area. It is beautifully landscaped with tons of available seating.
They offer a very large beer menu that covers all varieties from light to dark. They also have a full menu of food.
The ordering system is unique here. Once you are seated, you order everything (drinks and food) via the QR code on the table. For us, it worked well and everything was delivered quickly after we placed the order.
Stone continues to raise the absurdly high bar the set nearly two decades ago for brew pubs. World class beer no matter what your preference is, with an exceptionally well crafted seasonal menu to complement (that seemingly gets better as time passes). We've been coming to the Liberty Station location since 2016 and have never been disappointed by the experience. On our most recent visit we enjoyed a pour of Chaotic Rampage with an order of their house beer battered fish and chips, and finished off the meal with their signature churro doughnut with their house made Imperial Stout ice cream and a pour of All Bark No Bite imperial milk stout (guys, seriously! please keep this one around for Cookies on Tap. It will go perfectly with...). Their furry friends menu also always fills up the pup, with the Garbage Can feast being his go to.
This is our second time here during our week stay. All of us, including our teens, enjoy everything we've ordered. The food is wonderful. The sodas are a nice local company. The beer is great. The staff are wonderful and personable. The garden is lovely. Everything about this is great. The airplanes do go overhead often, but really everything is so great they don't bother us at all. I've heard they even do good things for their community.
Such a unique place. Food is amazing here! We ordered the Ahi Tuna Wonton Nachos and the Huli Chicken.
Out of the 10+ beers I tried, I couldn’t find one that I loved, however they were all just good. A lot of them taste very similar! Would definitely return.
Huge Brewery. Have great beer options. Staff was really amazing. Food options are good too. FISH TACOS were really good. Very close to SD airport.
First time back since pre-pandemic and walk-in for outdoor seating was an 1-1/2 hours or the bar area was first come, first serve. We found a seat at the bar counter and had an excellent experience - food, drinks and service were all great. I would return.
