Best Thai food that I have ever had by far, bar none. Much of the fish and Vegetables are sourced locally. The staff is amazing, the environment is warm and inviting. They always have great specials and an interesting selection of beer and wine. I highly recommend this excellent restaurant!!!
Thai food is my favorite, and this is the best Thai food I have ever had. I spent a whole week in Thailand and never had food as good as this!
a wonderful establishment with a delightful interior. the service was perfect. and the food is incredibly delicious. I definitely recommend this place to visit. and we will definitely come back here in the evening to look at the lights. this is by far the best Thai restaurant in San Diego.
Whole fish (pictured is small order for $27), rockfish, great! Papaya salad, fresh and delicious, lots of peanuts, not a lot of carrots. Super! Yellow curry with chicken, thick and full of chicken. Outstanding! Crunchy shrimp? You guessed it, ON POINT! We really enjoyed lunch.
I love Thai food and try to eat in at least one Thai restaurant whenever I am travelling on business. On my trip to San Diego I headed to 'Supannee House of Thai' and the ambiance and menu were spot on for a Thai restaurant. I was hungry so had both Spring Rolls and Chicken Satay to start, followed by Pork Pad Kee Mao. Starters were around $10 each and main dishes $15 so very reasonable. A very nice Thai meal and I certainly recommend it.
Excellent customer service. Delicious, authentic Thai food with an expansive menu providing options for everyone. Wide variety of both local and imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Our favorite spot for Thai in the area!
Delicious food! Meat was tender and juicy and sauces were super flavorful. Presentation of dishes was great. Service was kind and attentive. It was a peaceful and relaxing place to eat, we would come back.
I eat Thai food constantly and have been to Thailand many times so I consider myself biased. Supannee was outstanding and the ingredients were so fresh. They also have a lot of special Chef’s dishes that you can’t find anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and eat here!!

Someone in the group ought to do the "Esarn Classic" either with the Crying Tiger beef or BBQ Chicken. You can wash up later, this is eating out of your hand style!!!
This is the most beautiful, clean and very nice Thai restaurant I have ever visited in San Diego, very nice Christmas decorations, delicious food

Yesterday while we were out by Shelter Island we decided to have lunch at our favorite Thai Restaurant
Supannee House of Thai & Catering. This really is a fantastic place to dine for lunch and dinner. It's always nice that the restaurant staff remembers who you are and gives you a great welcome. I'm glad we decided to have lunch there since they had new menu items and we were willing to try them since we have had some delicious dishes here before.
Chuck and I orders our usual Appetizer which is called Nom Kao Tod which is our favorite appetizer. Its always delicious.Next we decided to order their new dish Khao Soi
You won't find khao soil in many Thai restaurants because it's more of a Northern Thai Dish. The dish is more of a soup that is served with both egg noodles and fried noodles along with a Coconut curry base and served Thai condiments.
I had my Khao Soi with Shrimp and Calamari and Chuck his with Roasted Duck. The curry base was rich and flavorful and noodles were cooked perfectly. The shrimp, Calamari, and duck were tender and absorbed the curry base nicely. This was the best Khao Soi we have had in San Diego.
Overall we always have a great experience here and we always feel welcomed.

Brought my family here to celebrate my birthday. What a pleasant surprise to see our favorite server T.K. It was a plus for us to be seated at her section.

-Garlic Chicken Wings $8.99– crispy and full of yummy garlic.
-Mango Curry with Mock Duck $15.99– deep tasty flavor, sweet and sour, perfect combination with curry.
-Pad Thai Noodles $14.99
-Crab Fried Rice $19.99
-Nam Kao Tod $14.99– delicious! Loved the combo of peanuts and chunky tasty sausages.
-Shrimp Tom Kha $16.99– creamy.

What can we say about T. K. She went above and beyond. She made my birthday celebration really special. Very attentive, speedy and pleasant. As much as she was busy, always made time to come by and have a quick chat with us. Thank you, T.K.! Until next time 😄
