Taco Bell

This place is horrible. Went through the drive through and ordered $22 dollars with of food.at 9:26pm. There was a Caucasian kid at the window. I ordered a deluxe box with no sour cream at all. Needless to say I had sour cream on everything. I was livid when I got home to find my order not prepared right. So I called to report that and the dumb manager tried to argue me down telling me that it was only one burrito that had sour cream because it comes with sour. I said lady if I asked for no sour cream on anything there shouldn’t have been any sour cream. I wasn’t offered another meal at a later date or anything. I won’t be going back here again

I came into Taco Bell today and was waiting for my order to be delivered at my table. To start off, the tanned skin woman I think Shanese was her name, was being super rude and looked like she didn’t want to be there. I heard her say racial slurs toward people in the back, and threaten to get people fired for her own fault. I don’t think this should be allowed in the workplace - my young children heard her racial slurs and I think you should not have a manager like that in Taco Bell. I have recorded what she said and I will be contacting corporate. The staff back there is amazing except for Shanese. Keep up the good work. As for Shanese, you should never call ANYONE a white slave boy specially around children.
