Because this site is INSIDE Walmart, it does NOT have a drive thru! The reviews referring to the drive thru issues are most certainly referring to the Potranco store just past 1604 and Potranco. .. and they most certainly do suck!! Food is typically old, cold and service is awful.
However in regards to this particular location, that typically is not the case. And if you do have an issue all you have to do is call and ASK FOR Tara or Alex (GMand manager).
I know she puts pride in the way she runs her store. Occasionally, I would have an issue but she is always quick to correct it. WITHOUT EXCUSES OR DEFLECTING.
If at all possible I go to this store only. Because she always makes sure I have fresh fries and nuggets. Not to mention NO OTHER location wants to sell a half and half milkshakes

Wanted through drive through to order some meals for my kids. While waiting to pay my daughter had some malaise (sick) had to back and clean for her . My husband back to the line to pay and get the order . The lady didn't let him pay she gave us free meals. I liked her gesture, it's very human and respectful. Thank you for the beautiful service ❤

They did not have the appropriate containers for the food. The service time was very slow and the fries were still old. They also didn't give me the ice cream that I ordered that they informed me they did not have a cone for. The happy meal was not in a happy meal box or bag but just the components were placed in the same bag as the rest of my food. They were very clearly understaffed and the location is mismanaged.

I was in just last evening. This is the location inside of the Walmart. I was shocked at the behavior of the employees. I have never seen employees acting so inappropriately in a work setting before. It seemed like a bunch of teenagers with no direction. There were times when they weren’t wearing masks, or wearing them blatantly improperly, cussing in front of families with children, laughing and joking around all the while disregarding customers, and when I asked a question, the teenager at the counter simply said “I don’t know” and walked off. I never had my question answered. One of the ladies in line looked absolutely disgusted by the behavior as well and told me under her breath “I have never seen behavior like this, I wish I hadn’t ordered from here.” Get some new management in this place. The crew you had working last night around 7-8 last night was just a horrible representation of your business and day and Joan Kroc would be ashamed. I would give zero stars if I could. The fact that they weren’t wearing masks just made me throw away my food. Thanks for making me waste $8

Went through drive thru (the only way you can) to stay safe during Covid. Watched our food being handed to the car in front of us, he looked through it and handed it back. When I got there I kindly asked if they are going to remake that. Manager at the window, didn't look too happy about it. What would you have done if someone else had already gone through it? They told me to pull around and I waited about 10 mins for 2 mcdoubles and a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin. Alright, fresh food. Still hadn't received it yet, got out of the car to go ask, what is going on. Another manager at that time was taking the food to my car. I said thank you and began to drive away. Checked the food in the bag and it still had the same stickers from when they printed to put it on the original burgers. So, wasn't remade. I called and spoke with Thomas, the GM. He was very polite and said they would fix it and apologized. Got home, only to discover that, the sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin was a sausage cheese one. So, i paid $3.86 for a $1 item. I was not at all happy about this. They don't allow you to add to your order, they don't do remakes and they still continously make mistakes that the customers pay for. Definitely won't be going back. Threw the food away and money. Not worth my family getting sick over.

Didn't have everything I was looking for which is understandable due to the pass storm. But I do have a issue with people not wearing mask, I was told that if they said they had a breathing problem they could not make them wear one. I did see the employee at the door issues a mask to a person coming in. But this was 6 people from the same family and they were not practicing social distance. I would recommend they show a medial statement saying they have a breathing problem.

I rarely go to McDonalds but I wanted an mms McFlurry last night after a long day. I got to the drive through at 12:25am and it took me 45 minutes to move up to the ordering microphone. I was only behind 5 cars. It then took another 20 minutes to get to the window. Once I did, I was so distracted with the fact that the person at the window didn't have her mask on her face, the mask was on her ears but entirely below her chin, that I didn't even realize until after I had paid for my large, that I got a medium. There was no way I was going to wait in line for another full hour to have them fix it, nor take another chance to have that woman directly breathing all over my order. Horrible experience. I'm going to Sonic instead from now on. I only went there because Sonic wasn't open. In case of any confusion, the was just after midnight, right as September 16 became September 17.
