Tovona is one great server! Her customer service was on point. Her and the cook came together to make my pasta so delicious! Well done to Tovona & the cook! Sorry I tore into my pasta already in my picture!!
We we there late on Friday, about 11 pm. Food was okay, but not great. One steak was overcooked, twice. A lot of the sauces and soups were a bit too salty. The waiter was great!! My rare steak was good, but the broccoli was kinda cooked to death. The other meals team beans were really good. They were kind enough to turn down the music, which was too loud. Overall, the place is nice. Maybe a secondary chef??? But they really tried to fix everything immediately. They tried. Just need a little tweaking. Very polite.
Server was great, kept us occupied and checked us to make sure we're good with everything. Overall the service was great and very welcoming. The only criticism is with the mozzarella sticks. They are good but just a bit dry feeling after biting. Other than that, everything else was amazing
Monique the bartender is great! Me and my wife came in and she helped us right away! She answered all of our questions and was super helpful with what she recommended for the menu. She also recommended great drinks! We will definitely come back on her days she is working! Thank you Monique!!
Update; Came here on October 6th for lunch.
The food and service was pretty good. The only disappointment was the yellow to white nasty part of the iceberg lettuce on our sandwiches and burgers. I always throw that stuff out.
We came here for the first time on September 4th. The food was all really good, the restaurant was nice and clean. We were surprised the place wasn't packed with customers. Our waiter, Alberto was fantastic. He was very attentive and friendly.
We will definitely come back here.

We’ve been to many Applebees before. We’ve always had our normal customer service in which you don’t remember to leave a review. But when I visited this Applebees I just had to find time to leave a review because we had one of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. I believe Ty is his name, he was our waiter. He was incredibly attentive in every way. We never had to ask for refills and he would update us on our order every chance he had. Food was delicious. Service was fast. Our waiter was excellent. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Our whole family was impressed
Quiet enjoyable lunch with a server named Jersey. She was very hospitable and also knew the menu and when asked gave a suggestion on choice of entree, and she wasn’t wrong very pleased with the sirloin mashed potatoes and green beans. I will definetly be back.

We received gift card and went to this branch. The staff who assisted us were nice and and for sure tried to made us feel comfortable and we'll assisted.
We ordered buffalo wings, which was fine nothing extraordinary, so as the Bourbon Glazed ribs but the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp (sizzling plate with mashed potato) was really good. It has a salty-buttery taste.
