Hole in the wall leads to a full stomach! Omg those hush puppies! We shared a sampler with catfish and everything was amazing! I'm talking phones down, just mmhmming. I got a "Grandma's house" vibe which meshed with the music, layout, and the other guests. Israel, the young man who served us was a sweetheart. I will be back!

Ribs were fall off the bone delicious, very meaty and satisfying, mac and cheese was exactly how I like it more dry than soupy though the mac was slightly overcooked (too soft), sweet corn was just your basic cooked frozen corn it needs a little zing, seasoning or maybe a touch of honey. However, at $12.50 for the plate, I was not dissapointed. I had the berry cobbler because they'd run out of peach and it was delicious, very generous portion.

Was happily surprised to find out they have reopened. The Cajun food is legit. Their jambalaya and etoufee tastes just like I'm used to when I go to new Orleans. The catfish was fried to order and was very well seasoned. Everything is seasoned well and homemade. Big portions and excellent friendly staff and service. Will be going back again often and highly recommend.

Went this week and the whole family enjoyed it! It’s nothing fancy, just a small family owned place were you’re taken care of like family. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to serve us. Even made a special order of mashed potatoes for my 6 month old and brought out a free appetizer for my hungry, restless toddler. My husband and I had the brisket and smoked chicken. Both were amazing, but the brisket was our favorite for sure. Really tender, thick flavorful slices. Delicious! The smoked chicken was cooked perfectly with just enough crispness to the skin and brushed with barbecue sauce. The portions were huge. My husband toddler and myself all ate on the serving of chicken I got. I believe it was a breast and leg. Red beans and rice were authentic Cajun cooking with lots flavor, and sausage! Our toddler had smoked chicken, macaroni, fries and hush puppies and liked it ALL. The hush puppies were fresh, perfectly cooked, batter had lots of flavor and they contained corn like they should. We will be back for the awesome service and bbq soon!
