El Colegio Bar is the bar in the Omni La Maison Hotel in San Antonio. We went there to catch the Monday Night Football game (Fly Eagles Fly) and get some drinks. We did t plan to stay for dinner, but ended up there with dinner, till closing. Though a very small dining menu , The appetizers and entrees were all good. The lava cake desert was great. But the highlight were the old fashioned drinks- among the best I have ever had. And I did have too many. We got the meat and cheese plate for a starter and picked several other items that e ended up filling us up.

Argentina and Ross at the El Colegio bar in the La Mansion hotel make the best old fashions in San Antonio! They were also great fun participating in our off the wall conversations. Great place to hang out for good drinks and better people.

Fireplace cozy with a inviting atmosphere. Calm, cool and Zen like. Large screen Tv to watch the game or have a quite conversation….this is the place!

Great bar with a menu. The wine prices were fair. We had the burger and fries. Both were excellent and very hot when delivered to our table. The service was just the right pace.

Great bar with excellent wine selections and good appetizers. This is my one of my favorite stops downtown. The current table configuration is too cramped. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Good bar, in the hotel. bartenders are nice and friendly. I liked that they have a good collection of brands for almost all types of alcohol.. Whiskey, tequila, cognac etc.

popped into this lounge attached to the hotel, while waiting out a thunderstorm. shrimp tacos were fantastic- crab fritters, chips, salsa, & guac were also good. washed it all down with the Arnold Amber Ale

Not a lot of options. The drinks that we ordered were pretty good but they were expensive. The bar tender was very nice.

Really enjoyed this place. Fireplace in a cozy space, high-end spirits made for a perfect end to a wonderful evening. Highly recommend
