This place is great. Better than great, it's excellent!
We were greeted as soon as we walked into the restaurant and didn't have to wait too long upon entering. The menu is nice and simple but they still give you a nice variety of selections to choose from.
Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal.
I look forward to going back and trying the catfish and gumbo that was on the menu.
**If you happen to visit on Sunday, get there before 11 a.m.!! They get crazy busy around that time and the sizes of the groups can be rather large.
Parking lot is plentiful when it's not peak hours. Peak times can be tough.

The wait staff was very friendly and nice. The food was excellent southern dishes and it was surprisingly not overwhelming sweet. The pancakes were soft and fluffy with blueberries in it and the topping was delicious the chicken and waffles was nice and crispy. The atmosphere was laid back with soft music playing in the background and sports playing on the flat screen TVs.
Went in for lunch with my husband. Pretty easy to find. We were greeted as we walked in. Our waitress was Amanda and she was super sweet. We had fried pickles, chicken and waffles, catfish and grits, and sweet tea. The pickles were good but not great, and the ranch left something to be desired but I enjoyed them. Our food came out VERY quickly, and it was smoking hot! I am not impressed easily but I seriously have no complaints about our entrees. The grits were so delicious! Not covered in sauce, not over salted. They were perfect. The catfish was SO crispy and flaky. My husband's chicken was seasoned to Louisiana and back😂. If you haven't been yet...try it out! It smelled so good that I forgot to snap my pictures before we dug in. 😋 Oh! And Amanda brought my baby some applesauce when she woke up. Nice gesture. And they were jamming BUT they did make sure to skip past a few songs that were kind of suggestive or inappropriate. I thought that little detail was nice. 😁
We had the Chicken and Waffle sliders with French toast waffle, Shrimp and Grits, and fried pickles. The food was good, however I wish the portion of the shrimp and grits was larger. The service was slow but the people were friendly and they gave us a complimentary bowl of gumbo which was very good as well. The only disappointing thing was that for some reason the grits had already started to cool and solidify but the sauce was warm enough to mix in and make the dish acceptable.
Great Brunch menu. I had the chicken and waffle sliders and they are delicious. You have to eat with syrup without tad dry. The chicken is very moist breaded chicken lightly seasoned. The red velvet is not an overpowering flavor. The south texas is very. Big more egg than peppers and bacon..could have better balance in ingredients however it was very good. The flap Jack's came with the omelette it was very good and thin. With fruit and powdered sugar is the way to go. Great shades outside space perfect for the breakfast rush that packs the place.
The restaurant has a cool vibe overall. The waiter was nice. The food tho! 🤩🤩 I ordered the chicken and waffles, side of poached eggs and mimosas. Literally, the best waffles I've had to date, light. The chicken was fried so can't really mess that up. I'd go there again and again.
Fantastic food, I was shocked by the vast amount of options for all day brunch, this is definitely the place to go! Katt makes a mean Bloody Mary, friendly service and smiling faces, great atmosphere to top it off. I've already found myself telling friends about my new favorite brunch spot!
Excellent food with attentive staff. The only complaint is that the food took a very long time to come out, was waiting about 20 minutes for our starter and then another or so for our food. Perhaps that was just this visit, as they were packed, but it's worth mentioning.
Overall, still worth it for the food, neat atmosphere, and overall great presence.
Very upbeat and comfy spot to grab a bite to eat. Our waitress was awesome. She gave great recommendations and I ended up going with the chicken & waffles. The chicken was crunchy and seasoned pretty well. The waffle was tasty too. The wait was a weeeeee bit long but our waitress offered a free sample of their gumbo. So, this made up for the wait because it was delicious! I will be back soon!
Yummy and delicious. Even on a busy day they were able to seat my son and myself. The Chicken and waffles is good but try other options on the menu. It's worth the trip.
