We’ve been coming here for about three years since we moved to the neighborhood, they are delicious. We prefer them to the other Mexican restaurant in the same shopping center. We usually get an assortment of tacos or enchiladas and have never been disappointed. The salsa is great, and so are the tortillas and coffee. Staff is always friendly too and prices are good. Great little spot, we only wish they were open for dinner too but we try and sneak out at least once a week for breakfast or lunch. 😊

The last time I had the best posole was in Saltillo Coahuila, México. And that was 30 years ago. It brought back beautiful memories and the flavor of old Mexico.

I can not wait until I get to eat at this place again. So many amazing tacos. First, the lengua is freaking amazing. So tasty, so flavorful, just amazing. The tripas were even better. Not too crunchy but crisp to perfection. Next up the carne guisada, so good! The gravy really needed salsa but the soft tortillas really carry the tacos. My boyfriend also said the migas were generously served. The staff was friendly and attentive. 5/5 all the way.

I have been going to Marisol’s ever since I moved to Timberwood Park about 4 years ago. My wife, myself, and our children love going there because the food is always amazing, the staff is friendly and very good at what they do, and because this family owned business treats us like an extended part of their own family! So if you are looking for great authentic food from an amazing family owned restaurant, then Marisol’s is definitely for you!!

I ate lunch an Antojitos Maricos Marisol today. The tacos el pastor and the chilaquiles were fantastic! The food was very flavorful. The cook does an excellent job in preparing his food. The waitresses are outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast or lunch. Best Mexican food in town.
