The great staff at this location is always friendly, efficient, and kind. Ask for recommendations! They're always at the ready to give you just what you're looking for. Did Starbucks recently stop featuring a drink you absolutely loved? Ask them how you'd recreate that drink and how you'd order that drink now that its off menu.

I usually do not write bad reviews but this really annoyed me today because I was looking forward to my free Starbucks birthday drink today. I went into Starbucks today to order my free drink for my birthday and I purchased a drink for my husband. I used the Starbucks app to pay and the gal said it is $12.67. I said okay. I would like to use my free birthday drink using the app and pay for the rest on the app as well she said okay. I scanned my phone barcode to pay and the gal said I need to put more money on to my account to pay for the rest (prior to the purchase I had 9 dollars and some change). I asked her while do I need to add more money to my account when I’m using my free birthday drink and I know that one drink does not cost $12.67. She didn’t offer to help to resolve the situation. She stated that “we are busy and I need for you to pay”. I ended up paying the full amount, not getting my free drink because I did not feel like arguing. I will not return here do to lack of customer service.

Perfect example of team work! Only 3 people behind the counter prepping drinks and getting them out quick (and they were busy with customers). I have been at other locations with 6-7 staffed and they take 30+ minutes for a drink and can’t get the job done. Definitely give props to this crew Excellent Service!
