Longhorn Steakhouse

The food was on point tonight! We had steak, fall off the bone ribs, bacon mac and cheese, and fresh salads. Always helps that they have blue moon on tap! And our server Miranda was AMAZING! She knew everything, was patient, kind and very personable! We haven't had an amazing night out eating like this in a long time. We will be back for sure!

The food was delicious. But the service we received was beyond top notch. Our server Leeann G. displayed the best customer service I've ever received in San Antonio. She was super friendly and always made sure we were good. Next time I go i will request her. I wouldn't have it any other way. The only issue I had was the girl who seats the guests. She needs to shadow Leann to see how customer service is really done.

Always a great place for a great steak! And amazing mixed drinks at the bar! The location and service aren't that great. It smelled terrible the last time we went. And there was kids literally running around the full restaurant, almost made a server drop her plates. Weird experience But the food was great. 🥲

This place had a short wait time and an incredibly wonderful experience. The weight stuff was pleasant accurate and a joy. Food came out in a timely manner and the presentation was perfect. The sticks were cooked exactly how we asked and the sides were all correct. I believe your order being correct the first time when you get food is important and the experience of dining in. This place really nailed it when it came to atmosphere and food preparation. We were there for dinner and were a table of five. The salad's caramel within 5 minutes of us ordering them. The bread was served first and it was perfectly moist and soft. I highly recommend this restaurant chain to anyone that likes steaks or chicken. And I very highly recommend it to anyone who has not tried it at all. I can't say enough good things about this place. The only negative thing that I can say about this experience was that the appetizer plates were dirty. I don't know if there were carelessly left on our table from someone else and the wait staff served them to us accidentally, or they were brought to us intentionally but they were dirty.

The food at this location is really good and so tasty. It's well prepared and is a good value. I actually like the whole "steakhouse" decor and vibe of the dining room. My only knock is the lack of employees and the amount of time you have to wait to be seated when clearly three quarters of the place is empty. They even have a sign on the door forewarning you about it. I understand that there is a labor shortage, but you are still charged full price for having to wait to even be seated. Fortunately, once we were seated it only got better. Our server took excellent care of us and was very attentive. As stated earlier, the food was really good. If you go in prepared to accept longer wait times and have the time you will probably enjoy it here. Hopefully this labor shortage will be remedied soon and I can revise this review to a full 5 stars.

So my wifee and myself decided to celebrate our special day our Anniversary ! All I can say it was a great choice Longhorn Steak house. Everything was so perfect. They do not cheat you out of portions that's for dern sure. Wifee had chicken fried chicken. And I had the outlaw Steak. Come on down and treat yourself.
