This place was so good. The food was unique and made with care. I loved the bread on my burger as well as all the different flavors. I got the discada burger. It’s a must try if you are tired of boring fast food chain burgers!
This place was amazing and the service was fantastic. From the burgers to the fries to the empanadas, everything was on point!!!! The employees are very warm and welcoming. My family and I will definitely be returning.
The several times we have visited this restaurant have been wonderful. Service is always great and fast. The quality and freshness of ingredients remain. It is a small location but there is also a drive-thru. The burger patties have a ton of flavor and are moist, the buns are the fluffiest buns you'll ever eat, and the fries are delicious. Lots of options for burger toppings but try the discada burger that they are known for. Prices are also very reasonable. You will not be disappointed!
This place is amazing for burger lovers. I highly recommend to anyone that truly values the taste of a really good burger. There has never been a time when I visited this place where after I finished my meal I didn't want another meal. The fries have their moments as do any restaurant, but it is seriously a good burger. Sometimes the wait gets bad but it's worth any wait for their food. 10/10 experience.
First time to visit this place, ordered the Discada buger. Not the discada I'm used to but it worked very well with the burger, it was outstanding! Went during the week after peak lunch hrs and there was myself and one drive through. Place was clean and order was quick. Next time I'll try the discada tacos. Place is small but a really nice place to go get some good food. They will be outgrowing the seating soon.
The Discada Burger is puro umami! Each bite is a little different - one bite you get burger and chorizo, another is burger and bacon with sausage, and it just gets better and better til it's gone. Their ipanema sauce is absolutely fabulous in a burger, taco, or as a dipping sauce for your sweet potato fries and/or empanadas. I've also tried their empanadas, both chicken and beef, which are generously filled and cooked to perfection. While the dining area is rather limited they do have a drive-thru available.
And now I've tried the Tejano Burger which is another MUST-TRY!
This little place has 4 tables ;2 seat 4 people and the other 2 are made for 1-2 people. The menu is also small but it packs flavor. Their famous 5 meat burger is off the chart good. The tacos also 5 meat had this awesome sauce. Come check them out.

Okay, little bit of a story here. I went to Bill Miller's and the register was broken, so I went looking for an ATM. On the way (lost) I saw a sign that said 'best burger' and thought - bold statement yes please! I went in and was greeted with a bright and cheerful welcome. This is a good start, but best burger? We'll see..
To start with, these burgers are large. Like, I could've eaten this thing for two days large. The patties were flavorful and the toppings fresh. The buns are made fresh daily from a local bakery (too bready for my taste, but very good); all in all a delicious burger. This was definitely a happy mistake and a repeat burger. I still think The Melt is the best burger, but this is A GREAT burger and northern Virginia is a bit far to drive from Texas for a burger!
If you live in San Antonio and you crave a nice burger now and then you owe it to yourself to visit Dos. Great quality with some thoughtful, simple touches like metal trays and actual silverware for better sustainability... As for the menu it's pretty simple. I love the discada burger! Their sweet potato fries are absolutely the best to be had in the near universe: Firm, non-greasy, light, and flavorful. And the owner is always so good as to check-in with his customers about their food/experience. You'd think you were at a 4-star restaurant and that's part of the reason that I give Dos - Quality & Flavor ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
It's a small place, but don't let that discourage you from coming in because you'll regret it. I was craving a burger and unfortunately some of my go-to burger joints no longer have the same taste, so I opened the Yelp app and began my search.
I found that this place had 5 stars, thought, "nah, cant be THAT good", proved me wrong! I ordered the Discada burger, as every reviewer had recommended to get, and yas queen...it is that tasty!! It's a alotta burger, so if you're watching your waistline like I'm not ;), then you may want to share. Their fries are delicious, like McDonalds french fries but hot.
The staff is very friendly and courteous. The owner came out and checked on us to make sure we were happy with our food. Good people!!
San Antonio needs more local joints like this with great food and a pleasant experience.
My son and i are absolutely in love with Dos Quality&Flavor restaurant. I had the discada tacos and my son had the discada burger. It was so delicious. It was perfect! And the service was amazing, we felt very welcomed. Thank you for giving us such a great experience. Can't wait to come back.
