Took my family to eat at this location. We had a great experience. Customer service was awesome. There was a waitress I believe her name was Maria or Mary. She did a great job and very attentive to her tables. She had a great attitude and made us feel at home. The rest of the staff was doing good too on the serving line. Place looked clean. We will definitely go back.

I mostly go through the drive through and the service is quick and good. I ordered the luann special of chopped beef, macaroni and cheese, and broccoli with jalapeno cornbread. Everything was delicious.

Food is great and the service is amazing. Our waitress kept checking to see if we were ok and she was super friendly. She made sure we didn't have an empty cup as she refilled our drinks. Recommend for all.

Great place to go, great food and plus it's in Ingram Mall. So you can eat and shop or shop and eat. The staff are very friendly and real team players with each other. The cool thing about the Lubys staff is that they say that their delighted to help, I truly believe that they are very delighted to help
