Jaden G was my server today and I wanted you to know how extraordinary this person is. He is the happiest, friendliest person I have ever met. He’s always smiling and so nice to everybody. Even when a product is out, he makes it seem ok, even you don’t feel like smiling about it and feeling that it’s OK that the product being out, it’s OK. His character that he has and his quality of Customer Service is outstanding. He needs to be recognized for the job he does. I heard on the side that he took two months off from working. I’m not sure why, I didn’t stay long enough to know, but I hope it is not something personal that almost cost him of losing his job. He said to his friend that he still came back. I’m glad he did because he’s truly a Positive face for panda express. I hope this goes far enough for Jaden G to be recognized for his quality and he’s outstanding character.

I went to get my order and got home and realized I was missing a plate . Partially my fault because I was on my phone when I picked up my order and not paying attention 😅 Jaden was super nice and friendly and sweet when I went back to get my missing plate . Sometimes places give you a hard time when you’re picking up missed items but it was such a pleasant encounter I wasn’t even upset I had to drive back . Give this man a raise ! Customer service was impeccable ☺️

I made an online catering order for 18-22 people for a work event. It came with 3 trays of fried rice, selected one orange chicken tray, one spicy chicken and beef and broccoli. All of the sauces and utensils were included. It was actually ready one hour before it was needed. Great experience paying on line and all the food was fresh.

I have been a regular here for years and know that this Panda is a weirdly friendly place. The staff greets you with a smile and is always attentive. The food is fresh, as usual, but the people is what makes it. I generally go into the Panda Express survey area to say as much. Be warned that the parking lot can be a bit tricky as the vision existing at the nearest intersection with Rector is very bad. But don't let that stop you from visiting! It's a great place for lunch.

On a very busy night , Madeline , the worker that served me shined in her ability to multitask . She was very nice and an unbelievably quick worker . It’s nice to see that type of work ethic.
