I get off work at 2:30 am Everytime I come to this store their closed because they wanna mop so they can go home or don't want to mop a second time I guess so I've been taking my business to QT they no ever turn me away like 7-11 does .if you say it's a 24 hour store then be a 24 hour store

As others have said the restrooms never work, its absurd. Also the cashier prioritized making fresh coffee over taking care of the three people who had just come in and were ready to check out. At least the gas pumps work, if you know how to wait through strange behavior that looks like it isnt going to accept your card.

The manager gave us 1 minute to shop and he wore dirty dirty clothes. He started yelling at us like he was our parent saying we are taking to much time. There were no other customers in the store and this place is 24-7. Smh (we had our masks on to)

I’ve never experienced anything like this. This man who apparently worked at this store was running everyone off yelling, “Go home! I’m not letting anyone in. You’re not coming in here!” He even put a wooden stick to “block off” the entrance. I honestly thought he was a homeless man who was a little crazy in the head. Please reevaluate who you hire.

Only 3-4 customers in there besides me, only I was wearing the mask properly. The others had their masks under their chin not covering their mouths nor noses. Even cashier had her mask under her chin. To make things worse the other customers were all bums who do not practice healthy hygiene. Totally unacceptable!!! Beware potential customers... Covid party in the store.

I walked into the store on Wednesday July 22, 2020 and it was around 12:30 AM. Let me tell you I have never been disrespected by an employee like that. I wanted to buy a lottery scratch off and asked politely if they were still available. I understand it was after midnight so I wouldn't be surprised if they stopped selling them. But this employee told me "No more lottery. What do you think this is?" Then he proceeded to tell me "Where are you from? Do you think they sell lottery where you're from this late? No lotto." I just felt like this man didn't want to serve me as he was just standing around behind the counter. I looked at this man and was shocked by his disrespect. And this statement he made was false as I was able to go elsewhere to buy a lottery scratch off. This employee needs to be re trained on how he handles customers because he clearly needs to work on it.

Trash franchise owner who just riding off the name . Doesn't set the right pump for gas acts annoyed when you purchase something or doesnt feel like getting it. Better off at the QT they got what you need . Don't shop there for anything
