I have been in this place since 2017 at Embassy location, every time I go there, I get 8 delicious churros and if you eat them on that day perfect they are cruchy, if you can eat on same day, next day you need to put them in the oven for 2 or 3 minutes and they will be as freshly made, I really recommend it.

Surprisingly yummy churros, don't let the size of the stand fool you, these lady's cook a mean churro.
They also sell some cups for their drinks and they are the cutest thing ever.
I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone (:

I asked the lady if my churros were hot she said yes and when I bit into them they were cold 😭 I didn’t know the lemon water was $10 until after I payed. Not even Starbucks drinks are that expensive. I ended up paying $20 dollars for cold churros and for a lemon water that tasted more like water & sugar with no lemon. Very disappointed.

I love churros! I love them so much that I left my hotel room @ 8pm to get some. Yeah, just for churros. ChurroStar Tx has great reviews, so I thought that they'd be the perfect place to get some fried doughy goodness. Ehhhh...sadly, their churros didn't satisfy my churro craving. Due to the "big eyes" syndrome, I got two orders of them! After eating about 5 of them, I realized that they weren't suiting my taste buds. They're okay. I mean, they taste like fried cookies. If fried cookies is your thing, then you'll love ChurroStar Tx's churros. But, if you crave that cinnamon and sugar covered, soft-centered churro, try another spot.

BEST CHURROS I’ve ever had. I’ve had a lot and this place has the freshest and crispiest churros in San Antonio and Texas! They have lots of dipping sauces and even had guava sauce! I loved this cute stand and nice people too. Definitely will come back soon!!!

These are the best churros. The way that churros are meant to be.... crispy, chewy goodness. My spouse didn't want any and then ended up eating half of my bag... a second bag was necessary. We lived in San Antonio and ate churros on occasion at other places and my satisfaction was never met. Once I had ChurroStar I insisted that we'd only get churros from there, and include it in my list of SATX go to's for visitors. If I remember correctly, the owner came from Monterrey, Mexico.
