Domino's Pizza

Today I ordered food there and realized I had only a $20 gift card instead of a $25 gift card. So I called to fix my order and was shamefully taking things off and changing it around because I couldn't pay the rest with my own money with the struggles of being hit by the financial issues from the pandemic and the holiday. The dominos driver I was talking too told his manager what was happening than the manager got on the phone and told me not to worry and that I would get my original order and that it was discounted to fit my budget. I immediately started tearing up!! So thank you for the generosity of those two employees!!! Without the driver expressing concern for my situation to his manager and the manager wanting to help me too. I’m so grateful!!! I know in hine sight it was a few bucks but it meant a lot to me and my family. So, I recommend this store because at this dominos they care about their customers!

Last time I order from this dominos. Placed an online order for a large pizza and 2 pastas. I get home and pizza seems like toppings were just thrown on top they are all over in the box. Then go to open the pasta and the bowls have just plain cooked pasta in them. This is not the first time they mess up my order, but this will be the last time I order from this dominos. I call and the person that answered offered to redo the pasta again. Have my son go to pick up and one of the workers the only woman working there in the back making the pizza made a very rude comment using my name. Will not be returning. Everyone open your box and check your order before leaving the store and save yourself a trip having to go back.

This Domino's always ON POINT, especially during these trying times of the pandemic. From experience the only hiccups come from people who are new to the location and don't know the "rules" of ordering and picking up in 2020. Having the door closed now and serving one at a time causes some delays as someone has to come out and lose time opening the door, taking payment option, running back to the register, then coming back to the door. Not everyone pays with card in the hood but everyone at this store is doing their best to accommodate the whole community. If you live in an area where everyone and their moms has bank accounts, "black edition" credit cards, and haven't touched cash in 5 years then I bet it must be jarring to place an order here. Get over it buddy and hold your horses! This Domino's is holding it down for us! You guys da real MVPs A++
