Red Lobster

Service typically runs a little slow during lunch hours. I wouldn’t encourage a lunch meeting here if you’re trying to keep it under an hour. There are other locations that can, but unfortunately not quite sure what’s going on here. Been to three lunch meetings where they’ve all been slow service and high server turnover. (Or at least that’s how it appears). Although I appreciate your commitment to support the disabled community, it is most uncomfortable having a physically impaired person as your host not only because we have to follow him limping across the sea of tables almost as we’re parading him around (which I’m sure is out of his own volition to remain active and contributing) but the guy lacks zero emotion and I’d honestly just like to get my table a little faster. I recognize and respect he has a health condition but I’d expect he provides an equal amount of enthusiasm when welcoming customers as the host. It’s really always the most frustrating part of my experience at this location and as outspoken consumer share these reviews in the hopes that they resonate with management more so than other patrons.

Went for dinner to this Red Lobster. I haven't been in a while. I ordered the Fish and Chips, it came with fries and coleslaw. When I got the plate it was a large piece of fish, large amount of fries and a generous portion of coleslaw. The fish tasted great, it had the right amount of breading and was crispy. I really had no complaints. The wait staff was quick and attentive. Everything tasted great.

I attempted the endless shrimp plate and only made it one extra round. The long island ice tea was mixed to perfection. I ordered the flight of margaritas and they were too much of a sugar bomb. Our waitress (name started with a D) was on point. It was Sunday night, so it was a low crowd and a great way to have a birthday dinner.

We came for the all you can eat shrimp deal for $20. We were promptly seated, but our server took about 5min to acknowledge us. We ordered the shrimp dinner, which was exceptionally good. It's enough food to feed two people. Theyll keep bringing more as soon as you ask. A much recommended deal! The establishment was clean and the atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. Come check them out for yourself!!

We went there for my son's birthday. Upon entry we were greeted by one of the waiters who informed us that there was a 30 to 45 minute wait time which is perfectly fine. I looked around and noticed that there were several booths and tables empty that could potentially accommodate every person waiting ahead of us at the time as opposed to having people sit, stand in the lobby and outside as well. I assumed that everyone else saw the same thing I did. I voiced my concerns to the gentleman who referred me to the existing Manager. So, I explained what my vision results were. Long story short everyone that was waiting to be seated before us and including us was seated in under fifteen minutes. After a few minutes a different waiter named Stevie Ray arrived and with a pleasant personality set us at ease and took our orders. The rest of the evening went without a hitch. There is plenty of parking, wheelchair access, clean bathrooms. We forgot to take any pictures of our orders. I recommend that if you can to request to have Stevie Ray as your waiter. The meal, and atmosphere will be top notch.

I'm not a fan of Red Lobster over-all as most of the restaurants aren't that great. However, this location consistently has delicious food, the best customer service and perfect alcoholic beverages made correctly. It's also not busy every time we go and we never have to wait (we would wait if we had to). I advise anyone I know that is going to go to Red Lobster to go to this one and each time they agree that this location is way better than the others around the city. If you're looking to go to Red Lobster, do yourself a favor and go to this location.
