I came to this location since the one I normally frequent had a really long line at the drive thru. The line was short but the wait to get my food took longer than I expected and I was getting irritated. I still don't know what the hold up was since no one came to the window to tell me anything. And when I got home and checked out my burger it looked like it had been squashed and the patty was torn almost in half. I was/am disappointed with this Dairy Queen. Next time I'll just wait in line at the store I usually go to. At least I know my food will be good.

A few years ago they didn't put the bananas in the banana split. Today it looks like someone was either mad when they made it or the person just doesn't know how to make it. At 1st I thought well maybe they just flipped it upside down when handing it over while in the bag. Well the lid is pretty clean. There is hardly any strawberry or pineapple sauce on it and if you look they'res alot of the chocolate but on the bottom. I may just need to find another location.

The people that work at this location have 0 customer service and take forever. I ordered a chicken basket and an extra order of fries. It took at least 10 min and I could see it sitting in the pick up window for another 5 min. The restaurant was NOT busy. So he brings out just the chicken basket and proceeds to walk away. I ask for the extra side of fries napkins and ketchup and he delivered them with out a word. The food was hot so that a plus.

A staff member was wearing her mask improperly on her chin when she leaned out of the window to get in my husbands face to ask him for the 3rd time what part of our order was, (which they STILL got wrong). She was still not wearing her mask over her nose or mouth when she she brought our food and blizzard out to us, which she held close to her face and talked all over. It was so disappointing. I am immunocompromised and that incident made me not want to eat any of our food we payed for that night. That was the last time we’ll be going there. I work in a service job too, and our customers trust us to take all necessary precautions. This was simply disrespectful.

We went through the drive through and had to wait 20 minutes for our food. When it finally came 3 out of the 4 burgers were wrong. 2 of them were missing cheese and we were missing an order of chili cheese fries. Manager came out to tell me that to have the burgers remade with cheese and bacon the way we were supposed to we would need to pay for the for the cheese and bacon now. She also told me that we didnt pay for the chili cheese fries (that we had originally ordered) and charged me for them too. Waited another ten minutes for the food to come out. 1 of the burgers was wrong AGAIN and they forgot about the chili cheese fries 🤦🏻♀️ It took about 45 minutes for the whole thing to be over with. Terrible customer service.

Love the food there. DQ never disappoints on a great tasting burger and desserts. Loved it when I was a kid, and 30 years later still love it.
