Whataburger is somewhat known for its consistency. Sometimes it fixes a hankering you never knew you had others it's a filling meal when you have nothing else to eat. And even if the Chicago company took over it's and sometimes they flub the order it's still 75% reliable

The best location on the Northside! Everyone is so attentive at this location more about the customers and the food is fresh to the order.. although for some reason my buns are always cold, perhaps the buns aren't warmed up? Still a classic burger joint

I placed the order and as always the young lady was friendly and my food came out quick and hot. My grandson likes the spicy chicken sandwich. We were here yesterday and the food was so delicious, fresh, hot french fries and our Chili cheese burger was super delicious. I crave Whataburger and eat here at least twice a week.

Last night i ordered my food and drove home they had forgotten a pattymelt i called and the manager Jorge handled everything and made sure i got my meal and left a happy customer. Very good customer service. Good manager that makes sure the mistake was fixed and customer is still happy.

I ordered my food online and it said to pick it up in 5 to 15 minutes but apparently place the order for an hour later I went on my e-bike and had no issues going through the drive-thru with it as many other places do they were patient they were courteous they explain the situation and I said inside the lobby and waited for my order to come up on their screen it was pleasant overall experience I'll definitely return to this location

Whataburger quality tend to vary by location. This location and one other location in San Antonio are consistently good. The wait times for drive through are good, food is hot and fresh, employees are.., acceptable. They do their job. With two toddlers, I almost never go for dine in so I cannot speak to the interior atmosphere.
However, it I want to know that I'll enjoy my meal, I got on this location. Whoever manages this location does very well.

Does not disappoint! The service is better than other day food chains and on par with the chicken man's chain. And they actually make food that you won't hate yourself for your poor life choices. The sausage breakfast sandwich is probably the best in the game. The monthly specialty burgers are must-haves. The DR PEPPER milkshake could be a bit more soda-y, but it's still a refreshing retreat from a world of war and suffering. Now if only they sold the hatch green chili burger year round, then I would force my family into all working there so we could get our hands on that savory sandwich at all hours of the day with a moderate employee discount.
