Went here due to a friend always posting about this place on Facebook so me and the wife decided to go. The puffy tacos were pretty damn good. I also had rice and beans which were fresh. The salsa bar had a few different varieties of salsas and all were pretty good and flavorful. We don’t visit San Antonio as often as we like but will be going here for dinner on every visit for now on.

Rustic place with nice atmosphere, great service, very friendly staff.
The food is the great very tasty. If you haven't had puffy tacos, you gotta try them here. They're outstanding. I recommend this for a good dinner or even a quick taco and beer. 2 👍🏼👍🏼

First time ever having a puffy tacos and it was delicious. The tacos have a crush without the shell falling apart. The meat was tender and flavorful. Everything looks and tastes fresh.

This was my first time at this restaurant. I'm a huge fan of the Bandera Rd. restaurant. This one is more casual. You order at the counter, then wait for your name to be called to pick up your food. The menu is much the same as the other restaurant. I didn't order from the bar, so I can't make any claims about the drinks. Get your chips and salsa from the bar near the soda machine.

This location isn't as good as the other location. Food was good but the place wasn't as nice as the other one. This location didn't seem as clean and was run down. The queso is amazing though.

Salsas had nice flavor and kick to it. Loved their puffy tacos (Carne Guisada, spicy chicken and spicy beef). The food here was better than most restaurants by the river.

I haven't been to this location in a very long time. It was still as good as I remembered. The courtesy chips and salsa were still really good. That salsa is amazing and has a little kick. Yum. This time I ordered the beef fajita burrito. I can eat alot and I almost had to tap out. 😋

Henry's Puffy Tacos is known for its Puffy Tacos. The puffy tacos were as good as advertised. We also had the green enchilada plate. The enchiladas were good and filled with chicken the charro bean were great and the rice, the rice was ok. Good atmosphere, no waiters, serve yourself at a good price. I can see coming back.

We come here every time we go from Austin to San Antonio! The tacos are soooo gooood. I can't get over that. Also, the margaritas are very smooth and cold! Love this place and we will continue to stop by every time!
