Haven't eaten here much. But had a good experience and food is same quality as other pandas. Service at drive thru was with a smile, which is always nice. Also can pick up online orders in the drive thru.

They had messed up my order but when I went in they made my whole order fresh and made it right. My favorite is the walnut shrimp. Manager apologized and made everything right

On 7/30/2023-Sunday. We decided to enjoy Panda Express delicious fresh tasty food off East Southcross and 37 South. Everything here on their menu is always fresh! I ordered the Chicken and Green beans with the thin noodles and egg roll! My daughter ordered the Sesame chicken 1/2 fried rice 1/2 thin noodles and Spring rolls. The gentleman Tien was extremely polite, friendly, courteous and professional. GM Derrick had at least 10 employees as his crew that day to my amazement every employee were busy, not in each other's way but very cordial and polite helping each other assisting us consumers. The food was so overwhelming delicious! We want to thank GM Derrick for having a great crew here. To Tien, keep up your excellent customer service and as you are a hard working fabulous employee! Pretty straight forward place. Good Chinese style food for a decent price. Have never had any issues at this location. The portions are huge and the food itself is really tasty and fresh. The place, itself is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will be back.

The experience I had was the most amazing experience yet Let me start off by saying it was so clean food smells wonderful everything look freshly made and tasted oh so delicious. The manager was 100% in helping his employees. In order to have a good staff you need to have a good leader and Jake is leading his staff. Thank you Albert for being my server.

Food was ordered through Door Dash. It was good and for a decent price. My only complaint was that I didn't get a fortune cookie. The bag was full of air. Other than that, we received our meals in about an hour which is the usual time I have experienced through Door Dash.

Service and selection are always great. The food is ALWAYS fresh here and not only does it show but you can taste it. They always have different dishes throughout the year but the all-time favorites are always there to choose from.
