Chuy's

We had a family gathering here and I can say that we were all pleasantly surprised at how the staff took care of us and our large group. We were placing many orders throughout the night and they were able to take care of us throughout it without any complaints. Food was great. Staff was amazing as well.

We love coming here & love the fact that there is hardly ever a wait. If there is a wait, it's not too bad. Recently we have had a waiter, Marc or Mark, who just isn't great. He doesn't check up on us and isn't very friendly. This last time the guy who brought our food was super friendly and nice. He got us extra stuff we asked for and also checked up on us! We wish the tip could have gone to him but we don't know what his name was. It's always a hit or miss with the service but not too many bad!

Food is always fresh and hot.we got our food less then 20 minutes. Atmosphere is very comfortable . server Mark Bless his heart looks like he seem not into checking his guests. server knock over my soda but he came back with co worker to clean up the spill. I was waiting to see if he will refill my soda but it did not happen. Ask him for military discount .that did not happen. So I just pay and left. Mark a good tip to cheer him up.

Was our first time here as locals, service was okay the girl was super nice and attentive we just didn’t see her much! Their shrimp was some of the best I’ve ever had!! It was very clean and overall environment was great. My only negative comment is just letting their younger staff know they need to be making rounds to their tables instead of being in the back. We did wait about an hour for our food but we went at the peak of busy times. My daughter thought the Disney chihuahuas were hilarious 😆

Oh by far a great Mexican restaurant. The salsa was delicious, especially the secret white one which I thought was ranch with maybe some cilantro in it but I don't know. Very addictive! Excellent service. My only gripe was that my first glass of water had something in it but they were quick to get me a new one. Will dine again.

So I finally made it into a Chuy's in San Antonio LOL. This is an Austin treat, full disclosure it was usually during happy hour LOL. So now I was in a better frame of mind to judge the food. It is pretty okay, nothing over the top, but certainly okay. EXCEPT that damn light green salsa. THAT was worth the price of admission alone. WOW. Had a kick but I was willing to take the beating! Couldn't judge the tortillas, sad face, none came with either meal. the service was incredible, she was there whenever we needed anything and the atmosphere is loads of fun, inside palm trees and backyard lighting. Overall a decent meal.

Chuys is always amazing! This was our first time at this location. Our waitress was amazing and so sweet. The manager walked around and asked us about our meal and if we needed anything that was awesome! I also saw him also helping out taking drinks to a table. We enjoyed everything! Chuys is always amazing!
