Applebee's

This was not my forts time but it was on this location and it was a little bit disappointed. I love the brand and the food. The drinks are awesome as service super friendly but the reason why the brand is going extinct is because they don’t update the restaurants. The carpets were stain and wore down, same for the booths, the restrooms were like gas station ones and you could smell them from your table. Music was meh and it didn’t have a theme, there were modern, oldies, ranchero, everything in one seat. No wonder we were the only ones that night. I do give credit to the employees that ran the extra mile to make my night memorable but management has to do it too.

Update; Came here on October 6th for lunch. The food and service was pretty good. The only disappointment was the yellow to white nasty part of the iceberg lettuce on our sandwiches and burgers. I always throw that stuff out. We came here for the first time on September 4th. The food was all really good, the restaurant was nice and clean. We were surprised the place wasn't packed with customers. Our waiter, Alberto was fantastic. He was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely come back here.

I LOVED this location. I went with some friends and I got Kellie as a server and she was so nice!! She was incredibly friendly, and had amazing service. The food was also impeccable. Everything came out fresh, and the drinks were also so good. The guy there, Josh, was also super super nice. He was so friendly as well and super nice. I loved having them as servers and they genuinely are so kind and generous

Great staff with nice food! We received gift card and went to this branch. The staff who assisted us were nice and and for sure tried to made us feel comfortable and we'll assisted. We ordered buffalo wings, which was fine nothing extraordinary, so as the Bourbon Glazed ribs but the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp (sizzling plate with mashed potato) was really good. This was the best experience ever. Our server Emily was awesome. we had a party of eight with 4 adults and 3 teenage girls and one toddler. We are far from a easy group to manage but Emily was on top of it. If i had a hundred dollars it would be in her pocket. Great experience and great food. I would recommend this place to all my friends. AWESOME service.

Went to dinner with my family to celebrate after a school awards ceremony. The food was priced right and my husband really enjoyed the Buffalo hot wings. I ordered a cheese burger which was dripping with grease and topped with American (fake) cheese. My daughter ordered the chicken strips which were heavily breaded and over cooked. The French fries were good. We will not be returning unless we go to just order drinks from the bar.

Dinner was tasty. I didn't like the texture of the pretzel sticks very much but the chicken and shrimp were cooked to perfection. Had trouble getting the server to refill my tea, although I mentioned it more than once. The donut holes were larger than expected as was the brownie. Both were very tasty.
