Avoid this place like the plague. These are pictures of my car after the $10 car wash. Nobody answers the phone I spoke to customer service they said someone will get back to me and that never happened. So why would I want to give this place another dime even though it is very convenient for me since I live in the neighborhood. Simply put we want to visit there again.

Walked 30 mins to 711 only for a piece of paper saying “closed until 1:30 AM” to be taped on the door, staff nowhere to be seen. I arrived around 12:30 am. Keep in mind this is a 24 hour store. So I’m forced to either wait an hour in the middle of the night for them to open or walk 30 minutes back home empty handed. This store should definitely be avoided if possible. Not the first time this has happened either.

The people at the store, especially the manager on duty this morning, have very poor customer service skills. I specifically put unleaded gasoline in my vehicle, as I do several mornings each week. I pressed the unleaded button, which I know by memory, and the pump charged me for supreme. When I went inside, all the clerk and manager could tell me was that this had never been a problem before and stared at me like deer caught in the headlights. If I could give them less than a one-star review I would. As someone who is the manager of a customer service experience center, their approach and "attempt" to resolve the situation was pitiful.

I was here during their very busy Noon rush. With all the negative comments about employees here I had to post (I never take the time). I come here on a very regular basis as it is on my way to work two minutes away. This afternoon an older gentlemen walked in because he was lost and looking for a street. The employee took the time to walk him outside.. pointed out the direction and distance and turns to get him where he was going.. I overheard where was going. That's GREAT service! In a world where we are too busy to help others in need.

I just left this store and have to share how impressed I am with the manager on duty right now (I didn't catch his name...red shirt...dark hair...very friendly). Typically, quick gas station trips are unmemorable, but seeing the way this manager treats his employees and engages with customers is a nice reminder that despite all of the negativity in this world there are still people who enjoy their jobs, respect their employees, and care about the customers. Even though this is a super busy store, the manager went out of his way to talk and laugh with the customers and kept a smile on his face. It's little things like this that make a difference. 😉
