What a mexican food delicacy. This surely brings all the Mex without the Tex. If you want some super tasty Mexican food and you are in SA, then this place is a must!. The cochinita pibil is absolutely amazing! Also, don't forget about the flan

I tried their location in Corpus last year. The couple working in Corpus told us their other location was in San Antonio. I was visiting SA for the weekend and stopped in before driving home. I stopped in on a Monday around 1215. The place was packed, so I knew it would be just as good as the CC location. Had the cochinita pibil, it was so good! Big portions. I will be back the next time I visit! We had the pozole Rojo and Verde in CC. They were so good! If you like spicy pickled onions, you will love them here.

I was visiting from Austin and wanted some good Mexican food, not Tex-Mex. I'm so glad I found this place. The salsa was insanely good; very spicy, but the garlic flavor was addictive. I had to take some home with me. The pozole verde was hearty, well-seasoned, and the serving was huge. Perfect for a rainy day. The waiter was also very attentive despite the restauraunt being busy. I'll definitely have to come back and bring the family.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant since it first opened many years ago. Food is excellent and nothing else like it in town. Salsa is so good. Tortilla soup is not your typical style but something I must have with every visit. The broth is excellent. My wife loves the fideo soup.

Great taste and the salsa is to die for. Service is very accommodating and friendly. Lots of drinks and full meals to choose from, came here with my 2 y/o daughter and wife. The whole family ate good and left happy. Some people come asking for some non sense “Mexican food” and get mad because “they gotta make the food themselves” 🤦🏽♂️ if you and your no sabo canned food eating kids don’t know what to order from a true Mexican place then this restaurant prob not for you.

Born and Raised Here Almost 35 years and never been here. FIRST TIME. AND IT WAS DELICIOUS 😋 THE RECIPE AND FLAVORS ARE PERFECT 😏💯💯

Foods are tasty and service is just very great there!
Plates are very big too so that you can bring some back for another meal.
Things are not the most reasonable. We got two entrees and two non alcoholic drinks and it was over $50 (including tip) so you need a higher budget for this place.
