Godiva Chocolatier

Went the day before Valentine’s Day, they were busy and efficient. I was greeted and offered assistance on arrival. I found the chocolates I was looking for to give to my grandson’s daycare teachers (they were very well received/appreciated). My daughter loved her chocolate covered strawberries. It was a total success. Thank you, Ernest and chocolatiers!

My all-time favorite for ice cream, shakes and chocolate in La Cantera. It is expensive, but the ice creams are particularly so big that you can probably share them with your loved one. 😋 Join their rewards program and receive a (or two if your significant other joins too) free chocolate piece. They will also give you extra discounts on your Birthdays.

Ernest, the manager, is extremely welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. I came in looking for a small thank you gift and left with several more gifts for school teacher and nurse's appreciation week. He was able to listen to what the teacher favorites were and recommended products accordingly. I also bought a frozen treat for myself. I definitely will recommend Godiva La Cantera and Ernest to all my gift giving friends.

The chocolates are delicious. They changed how they make the milkshakes though. They used to be called truffulatta and they would throw a truffle in the blender and it was awesome but now they just add some flavored syrup. Tasted really bad. Nothing like it used to. They have a nice rewards program. You get a truffle every month. And $10 to use for your birthday.

Small store no room for a stroller our more then give customers at a time, it helps keep the chocolate cool and in good shape but wish there was more space. Service is great every visit, sometimes a little corny and not genuine, but sometimes you have to fake it to make it I guess. Chocolate here is heavenly, but for a price. A little more then I like to spend, but defiantly a nice treat to yourself or lived one every once in a while. No public bathrooms is located in an outdoor mall. So lots of parking.

Awesome People & Excellent Service. All the occasions have one thing in common; they’re all celebrated with chocolate. And speaking of chocolate how can one can’t think of GODIVA? Well, there is no need to explain about the quality and excellence of the Godiva Chocolate. The name Godiva; itself is enough to define its excellence. But, here I want to talk about the store (Employees) & customer satisfaction. I have no words to describe their hard work and dedication towards service & excellence. I have dealt with stores who hardly take calls irrelevant of information or orders. But, employees of this store not only took the calls promptly but, they also did follow up via call when needed. KUDOS to all those employees and managers of the store for their tremendous service and incredible hard work. I’m highly satisfied with the service & quality of this store! To sum up I can say, I found true definition of EMPATHY while ordering stuff from this store :)
