Very nice staff and good deals on food. This is the original Arctic Circle location and is a bit outdated.
First of all the customer service from Ian made me feel like I was in a first class establishment. He made me feel like I was the only customer there. The halibut sandwich and pumpkin shake was beyond what I thought it would taste like. Article Circle I will be coming back and I rarely eat fast food. Thank you for showing me how wrong I was about fast food places. Thank you Ian for making me feel special and going above and beyond!!
I Love this place so much every time I go they always do a good job. The staff are friendly and always give me a good laugh and the wait isnt so long anyways. I've seen those customers who come in and give them a hard time but hey they don't matter as long as the food is good and the staff do their job then it's good with me. Thank You Arctic Circle I'll be back again soon. 😀
We go to this Arctic Circle at least once a month for lunch. The food is always tasty and the staff couldn't be more friendly and efficient. If you enjoy deep fried shrimp, try the shrimp and fries meal...it's great!
I never write reviews for anything but felt motivated to comment on my expericne at this restaurant. I have had a great experience every time I have visited. The customer service is GREAT! I have two young children and they have helped me open the door and get high chairs ect. every time. The employees regularly come to our table to check on us and have even gone so far as to bring me extra wet wipes for messy faces. We have only been there for ice cream and I am acgtually a vegetarian so I can't comment on the other food but the ice cream is quite tasty.
Close, service is decent for fast foods, staff usually courteous and helpful, reasonably quick, clean, food is good. Good milkshakes the Almond Roca is to die for.
Good food as far as fast food goes. They do bring the food your table and give you a courtesy soft serve ice cream cone.
I've never been a big fan of Arctic Circle but this place treats their customers really well.
Not to busy good place to catch up on thoughts. Guest service is great of you get a chance check it out
