The food was delicious, the staff were amazingly nice, and it was a great place that I would recommend to anyone.

Birria is amazing I really liked this place. It’s really delicious. The establishment is clean, I had a agua de jaimaca. The portions and everything is amazing just became my new fav spot. 5 stars all day
Moving from Nashville it was super hard to find a good Mexican restaurant until I found Panchos, most restaurants around here are catered to no taste bud having white people. This place is amazing, the Birria tacos are to die for and they actually have salsa and cheese dip!! Would recommend to anyone. Staff was also so great and attentive even though they were busy!
We really enjoyed the food and service. The chicken chimichanga and chicken burrito were really tasty. The service was friendly and perfect. I plan to return.
Looking for a little lunch place close to the office sent me here. I popped in with the guys and we ordered in Spanish. The one guy who didn't speak Spanish did just as well ordering his meal! :)
Birria Tacos on the menu but when I saw the Birria Burrito, I had to try it. Served with the sauce on the side to keep this gem from getting too soggy, this hit the spot. Can't wait to get there and try something else too. Cute place, quick service, friendly staff.
Birra tacos and Birra a la cart - both soo good!!! We had it to-go and made our own nachos at home that were amazing with their Birra!! Definitely recommend and I will definitely be back!! 🌮😍🤤🌮
Update: Another amazing visit to Poncho’s! The beautiful chica up front is always so welcoming and friendly and the owner was so genuine and kind. We ordered Birra & beans a la cart to make quesadillas at home and they again turned out amazing! 🔥

5 Stars, Great Birria, had the combo #2 2 birria tacos, 1 quesadilla, with console, it was all so delicious. I would say it gives Reds Taco a run for the title.

We googled for birria tacos and found this place. We ordered take out and it was delicious. Great service by the people at the counter and they were quick! This is a gem and more people need to try it out. We will be back for sure! Salsa on point and awesome portions.
I randomly stopped here when I was picking something up in this part of town recently. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was and how clean the restaurant was. I had such a good experience that my wife and I drove out again just for this food. We both tried something different from the menu and again the food was very good. So far I have tried:
Carne Asada Plate
Steak Chimichanga
Quesadilla
A few tacos
Nachos
And they were all very good. I somewhat frequently stop at this type of place and always hope for this type of find, but rarely find the food end experience to meet what I hope for. This place exceeded what I have ever hoped for in a random restaurant selection. To make matters even better, the prices are very reasonable. I will most certainly be back.
