My husband and I have enjoyed breakfast here a few times now. They have a wonderful selection of bagels to choose from! I like that you can get either a super basic breakfast bagel or try one of their more adventurous sandwich types. This is a great place for a quick and filling grab and go breakfast for the road or on the way to work. Affordable prices. The location I go to has a coffee shop across the street that I prefer to get my morning caffeine fix from as I am not a fan of the brand sold here.
Great bagels and great schmear! Also, they're surprisingly fast! I love the grab and go box option for people in a hurry like I was at the time. The price was decent, too! Very friendly staff as well. My only complaint is not having enough variety in the schmear. I'd like to see them mix it up with their flavors. Otherwise, they're great! 😊
This is a very busy location, so they run out of different bagels early in the day. Today I called ahead to make sure they had plain bagels so I would not drive over there for nothing. Einstein's has delicious regular and gourmet bagels as well as really good sandwiches. I like that calorie info is readily available and that they have some lower calorie sandwiches and bagel thins. I love their vanilla hazelnut coffee but they have been out of that for the last 3 times I have been there. I have joined their rewards program and receive a 10% senior discount each time I order if I ask them for it. It is a great place to stop for a breakfast sandwich!
I have had a lot of bad experiences at other Einstein's with them messing up my order, and these people did, but when i went in to talk to the general manager they informed me they had trainees, but took my feedback seriously and even though I said I wasn't concerned with a refund or a new sandwich they remade it for me the right way. The customer service was amazing and I really appreciate the good reception of my feedback, I will definitely recommend this Einstein's over others and return here when i need my bagel fix!
I ordered catering from their website last night. They arrived on time and stayed while I waited for someone to unlock in facility we were at. Jen waited 25 mins with me so she could set up for us. The bagels were delicious as always and the customer service was impeccable! Thanks Jen!
parking is the issue ... the UPS store there is very busy and their customers take a lot of the parking ... normal bagles - because of their freshness ... I choose them for bagels over the grocery stores
This place is awesome, they have the best customers too. A customer in front of us paid for our coffee, while we were in uniform. They are amazing. Shout out to a military friendly place.
Christina helped us this time and a couple before... She is AMAZING! So friendly and outgoing. Really makes you feel at home. A+ for her and this location!
