We’ve been looking for Filipino spot for a while and I’m glad we found Kubo Express! The food was tasty and authentic. We loved the garlic rice and the pancit. We also got the halo halo! Such a great treat on a hot summer day. They also had the corned beef we’ve been looking for! Great trip down memory lane visiting Kubo today. Well worth the wait. The service was also wonderful. The kid who helped me at the checkout was extremely polite and helpful. He offered to carry my food and all the extra stuff I got to my car. So sweet!

Have been wanting to try this place for a long time, as it is a bit far from where I live. It definitely lived up to the hype, and was totally worth the drive. The food was so delicious, we got the Adobo and Sisig. Both delicious and more unique flavor than a lot of places you'll find in the valley. Everyone was lovely and kind, and the owner graced us with a tale of his younger experiences with the dishes we got and their place in Filipino culture. Always fun to be around people who are passionate about their food and culture! These are the type of people to make you feel like family and want to come back. Will make an effort to go out of my way to come back here!

If you want real great authentic Filipino food this is the place to go. I travel all over the country and I have tried Filipino food every I go. Hands down this is the best I have had since my grandmother passed away 10 years ago. I promise you will not regret it. I make it a point to come here every time I'm here for work no matter what part of Utah I'm in. 10/8/22 Back in Utah again and like I said in my previous review I always make it a point to stop here for somgreat authentic Filipino food. I didn't eat all day because I was looking forward to eating here today. Plan on ordering extra food for later on tonight. Food was just as good as the first time. Pork Adobo, Lechon, lumping and garlic fried rice was soooooo good!!!! Thanks again to everyone for making really great food. See you next time.

Place looks very nice. The youngman who answered my call & took my order is awsome. Thai boba was 5/4, it had fruity jelly & some boba I only requested boba. the halo halo was 5/3, it was watered down a bit & had no coconut shreds. Pork belly was good, garlic rice was awsome, teriyaki salmon was awsome. The lumpia was a sad ok, small & small burnt flavor, the Pansit was sad, it was very light on flavor.

The owner greets you personally & is SO friendly!!! We decided to try the Teriyaki chicken w/ Udon noodles & yummy veggies. The chicken was so awesome! We also had an order of Spring rolls. They were SOOO GOOD!!!! We also bought a fresh side salad also. Big portions AND the owner came to check & see how we liked it so far & brought us a bowl of homemade potato chips. They were also awesome!!! We will be going back often!! So much more to try!!!!!

This is where you would go when you want a nostalgic feeling of a legit restaurant in the Philippines. The Filipino foods and drinks are spot on--it felt like we were in back in PH. The place was clean, and the server was super nice and friendly. I miss bangus!

This restaurant is nice gem in this area. My wife and I were meeting half way and looking for somewhere new to try. We have both enjoyed Filipino food before, so decided to try this restaurant. First off, the service is great. Renee was very friendly, gave great recommendations (the pancit was great!) and made sure we had all our needs covered. Food is very authentic, and it made for the perfect lunch. We will definitely eat here again!

Stopped by here with a friend before continuing out on our road trip. The food was delicious and definitely had a heartwarming feel to it. Definitely coming back if I am around the area again in the future :-)

This family-run little gem serves delicious, authentic Filipino food for a reasonable price. I got the Tosilog and lumpia with garlic rice. The chef was very hospitable. For real Filipino food, I would gladly come again!
