I rarely write reviews, but the individual on the drive through at about 9:30 pm on 12/27/23 was so warm, friendly, and prompt with my order today. It's not something that you experience many places, much less in fast food. Give them a raise!
The 2 guys with long hair who run the drive thru, usually at night, are so great! They’re so nice and always give the correct order with plenty of sauce packets. Going here in the day when managers are working is a joke. (Especially the fat bald guy manager) It’s like the employees are scared of the managers and can’t give more than 3 napkins and MAYBE 4 packs of sauce for a bag with 9 items in it. Why do managers of a multi million dollar franchise like Taco Bell take their job so seriously?
Taco Bell is always what I’m wanting it to be. No more, no less. It gives good quality value menu options. I’ll definitely be there multiple times this week.
I had the best, freshest crunch wrap here. Plenty of cheese , crisp fresh lettuce, crunchy shell inside, and warm tortilla all wrapping around delicious piping hot black beans. The person at the window had a dazzling smile as well. 10/10 will go again.
I live downtown, but always go to/order from this location. Their attention to quality, assembly, including sauces, etc... is just simply top notch. I wish the crew at this location lived downtown- the two locations closest to me just don't measure up. Thank you, T-Bell crew.
Taco Bell is Taco Bell. It is possibly the only fast food place where the food you get perfectly matches the cost. McDonalds is super expensive, and Burger King is always slightly dysfunctional, but Taco Bell will never let you down. Like a 1998 toyota corolla, it is always completely sufficient at being exactly what you need it to be.
Has plenty of space between tables. Tried the new dipping taco. It comes with sauce and melty cheese to dip. Did not care for it. Dipping sauce is red sauce was ok.
It's Taco Bell. As Tacobells go it's always done alright by me. Is it a 5 star restaurant no but they usually get the order correct and it soaks up a hangover
Ok so this place is just good ol' Taco Bell. I know. But this specific spot has been my go-to for over a year now due to the consistent quality of the items I always get. The burritos and tacos are almost always filled reasonably generously and are not dry like some areas. It has its off days just like any other fast food place, but I gotta say I appreciate this spot a lot!
Saturday night at about 11 pm and Taco Bell on 13th E and 21 st S is the only place open so they are slammed busy with cars wrapped around the building. However, the staff stayed positive throughout the rush and was very friendly! We had a huge order and the staff was so awesome and made sure to get our order out very quickly and it was correct! Great job guys (and girls) you rock! Stay Positive !
