The only place I've found in Utah offering respectable bagels. Bagels should be dense and chewy, not light and fluffy. Well done, Bagel Project!

Nice, happy busy little bagel shop...there was a little line but really didn't have to wait long at all. Lovely everything bagel with a generous schmear of cream cheese. Also, really good straightforward coffee from a self-serve dispenser. There's a tiny parking lot next to the building, but honestly I didn't use it and it's just as easy to park on the street (plenty of close places to park). It was a nice morning today: In, ordered , out. Rolled my hungry self over to enjoy my bagel and hot coffee at nearby Liberty Park. :-)

These bagels are the real deal. Bagel was super flavorful and had the perfect texture. Good amount of cream cheese too, did not skimp. The scallion cream cheese is amazing

Super tasty bagel sandwiches. I lived in NYC for 8 years and these bagels brought back memories! Customer service was great, staff was friendly and they even threw in a couple free bagels since we came in near the end of the day. Would recommend! 🥯

The flavors at the bagel project are five star caliber! The only thing detracting from this spot is it's location. I am a big Bialy fan and have yet to find a spot in Utah that does it right, except for the bagel project. The staff are nice and great, but this business is clearly a small/local business so they never have more than 2 employees on site (at least every time I've eaten here) so as a result if there's a line you could be waiting a little bit, which usually wouldn't be a big deal but the bagel project doesn't have any seating inside. I did however see they added 4, 2 seater tables outside which is great and new since the last time I visited. Also parking is rough here so you may not luck out with a parking spot and will need to park a block away. Overall the bagels are perfect, traditional east coast bagels. I got the egg bacon cheese sandwich and added "the works" (pesto, tomatoes, arugula, and red onions). This pretty much tastes identical to a bialy from New York! If you are a foodie or just a bagel junkie you have to give this place a try. Just a heads up, they bake bagels fresh every morning only! They close early whenever they sell out (which happens often) so I recommend coming as close to opening especially if you are trying to get this on a weekend.

Was in town visiting this beautiful city and we wanted to get something quick a delicious before we ventured out for the day. We landed on The Bagel Project. This place was a delight. Fresh bagel sandwiches. Super friendly staff. And a great selection of sandwiches to choose from. Highly recommend if your looking for a quick bagel this is your spot!

Raised and born in Vermont and having spent a lot of time in New York City I know a good bagel. The bagel project delivers over and over again. I’ve literally never left a review on Google and this is the place that deserves it. Everything here starts with the bagel, which is perfectly done, but they do not stop there. The toppings, sandwiches and specialty items are not to be taken lightly. Can’t wait to continue going here as often as possible.

The bagels are really good. The everything bagels are seasoned well and the lox bagel is perfect. The line inside was pretty long though and there's not much space. I ordered online and it was ready about 5 minutes after the time it said it would be ready.

Fresh homemade cream cheeses and an interesting assortment of bagels. Busy location with not much interior space or parking. Nice staff.
