Unexpected great experience. I expected parking to be awful and this to be not well run due to how busy sugar house is. They hit it out of the park! My online order was waiting for me. The facility looks like an old movie theater which is so cool. The place was clean and even better they have some parking in the back they share with Bank of America.

Stopped for lunch on a road trip through Salt Lake City. Wanted a quick, quality meal. The service was good behind the counter and out around the tables. They were regularly cleaning up and wiping down the table areas inside and outside. They followed my requests for chicken soft tacos and did not skimp on any ingredients. I was able to sit outside and enjoy my meal with my dog too. Parking might be a little challenging but I was lucky and found a spot just outside.

The Sugarhouse Chipotle has a fabulous old building. Great atmosphere! Met my daughter and a few of her friends for dinner. Everyone found something they lived to eat. Food was quick and great!

Chipotle is a chipotle, there isn't anything fancy or unheard of. The service is fine, it was quick but a little inconsistent. The person before me got what looked like smaller portions while I had bigger portions. Maybe there needs to be more standardization? The food nevertheless is up to standard. Prices are standard and as expected.

I love chipotle but this location specifically is my favorite so much so that I drive here from Sandy. I’m always greatest with a smile, the guac is always so fresh, and the portions are a great size🙂

I haven't gone to Chipotle in over a year because ever since covid all of the Utah County ones have gone down hill. Today I happened to be near the airport so I decided to give this location a try. It was a good sign when the restaurant was packed and the employees were nice. My burrito was packed full of food and it tasted just like good ol Chipotle. So if you're looking for your Chipotle fix in Utah, I reccomend coming to this location. It appears that others are only doing online order and that's where all the problems are happening. Maybe the time of day matters too? Noon is when I went and they did not skimp on portions! Hope to visit again soon!

When you miss rice and beans (real ones!) away from Brazil, this is the best option. Simple but comfortable environment. Fast service and affordable prices.

We went at 830 and they was outta fajita, mild salsa and corn o and the pinto beans was old and dry looking. But atleast the chicken was fresh and good

Went in 15 minutes before closing (I know.. One of those people.) But staff was friendly, welcoming, and fast (S/O to Mary). Food quality, superb (taking into consideration the time it was.) One of the best locations in Salt Lake area. 👍
