If you know rouladen, you know it's a long, slow cook, so most German restaurants don't offer it. The Hub not only offers it but knocks it out of the park. Great flavor, tender meat, and quality ingredients. The wait staff was also very helpful and made themselves a must return on my next visit through town.

I love this place. The staff and food are top notch.
Pay no mind to the one star review from Allie. She chews with her mouth open, complains about everything, and doesn’t grasp the idea that taste in food is subjective. She can stay mad in her UGG boots 🤷.

Great Food, most German restaurants here in the States just don't cut it. I was most pleased with this place and the food was the closest I have had to real German food since my last visit there......... best potato salad this side of the pond except for my mother's homemade........

Outstanding! The Hub has become the go-to place for my friends and I when we are in town. Great people! Shane does a great job serving some incredible food!

The Hub has some very good food and the service was wonderful. The restroom needs some attention but other than that, the dinner was enjoyable. I would recommend the pork shank.

I've made it a tradition to come here via a two-three hour drive almost once a year. I've had three of my birthdays at this local. The food is amazing and really hits the spot. And wait until you try the home recipe cakes on display (from German coconut to Italian cream cheese).

Old mom and pop feel. Amazing food from the frog legs to the brats to schnitzel. Wow amazing. This is the top restaurant in my book.

I had the Schweizer Schnitzal and a bake potato. My wife and granddaughter shared a Weiner Schnitzel and Spatzle. Big portions. All were outstanding! German Chocolate cake was excellent.

About as close to the German food I've had in along long time. Granted I can't speak for the schnitzel but the kraut and wurst are undeniably good! I'd highly recommend the trio along with a good lager and some German potato salad it's sour and salty and hits the spot 😋 oh the beer selection is wonderful and the cakes make the price worth it.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. When we go to visit my parents, it's always been our go-to spot. I have been dining here for over 30 years, and the food has only gotten better.
