I ordered enchiladas which was a very large serving. Very delicious and wonderful sauce. I also ordered a chicken taco which was served with cheese, lettuce and sour cream. Gobbled it up. And last, I tried the guacamole salad. I was very disappointed because it was only shredded lettuce and guac. Although online ordering asks you to choose your dressing, I didn’t receive any dressing. For that I’m a little disappointed, but overall liked this place a lot for takeout

I don’t normally eat out at Mexican food restaurants because I cook my own. This place was good. I had beef enchiladas with beans and rice. We placed 7 to go orders and all of them were delicious. No complaints about anything. We were in town for my nephew’s boot camp graduation so this was a one time visit. If I was a local I would come back here to eat.

2nd time dining in- the food, service, and experience was fantastic both times. Food came out fast, fresh, and delicious. The service is on point and very quick if requested. The portion size is huge. I ordered the "little bit of everything" for $13, it can easily be 2 or 3 meals worth.

Amazing atmosphere and food! Been going here regularly for many years, and never once had a bad experience. Large portions of great tasting food. Free chips and salsa. One of if not the best place to eat in the area. Highly recommend.

Came here with a buddy from School. Soon as we came in we got seated fairly quickly. Our server was very nice and friendly. The menu has got a good amount to choose from if your like me and not sure exactly what to get. Get the Bandera Mexicana plate it came with an Enchilada, Chimichanga, And chile relleno. Basically all my favorites on one plate which was awesome! The chile relleno and enchilada were definitely the better of the three the chicken in the chimichanga was kind of on the dry side if I go again I will try a different meat. They also gave a ton of chips and salsa which was my favorite part. Not to mention I got all of that food for only 12.50 while restaurants down the street would be charging 20$ plus for a plate. So with all that said I highly recommend coming here you won't be disappointed with the quantity, service, and the price I will definitely be coming back before I leave

Absolutely delicious food with excellent portion size and thoughtful additions to my takeout meal. I ordered a side of cheese with my fajitas, and the staff included a side of chips and salsa. The salsa was absolutely fabulous - spicy, tangy, and delicious! The chicken in my fajitas was cooked to perfection, and the vegetables were cooked well and were very flavorful. I'll definitely be back to El Jimador soon!

The food at this place is better than your regular Mexican restaurant. The portions were huge, and when the waiter brought them out I asked for the boxes right away, because I knew I wasn't gonna be able to eat it all. I ate like 1/3 of my meal and was full. The food was delicious, but the steak in my fajitas was a little chewy, thus 4 stars.
I went to this place in the middle of the workday, so it wasn't busy. The place is actually tastefully decorated, no crazy color scheme you'd expect from a Mexican restaurant.
I definitely would be back to eat here. My favorite meal- Taco salad, was absolutely delicious. And you get a lot, A LOT, for your money.

Stopped in a few days ago while in town. Was blown away at the speed of service, the friendly staff and the price. I highly recommend the "little bit of everything" off the menu. If you've got room. Oh, and massive beers. See pictures!
