I rarely write reviews but when I think they are deserved (positive or negative) I do. In this case, I specifically want to call out Sammy who works at this location and decorates their Ice Cream Cakes (I asked for her name once I saw the cake!) THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION SHOULD GIVE HER A BIG RAISE! I had an Ice Cream Cake order with a very specific/complex drawing request outside of the templates you can choose from. Sammy did an incredible job with this cake decoration and it was so well done, that the cake became such a special part of our birthday celebration! I would highly recommend Ice Cream Cake orders to anyone from this location and I want to specifically thank Sammy for such an doing such an amazing job with our cake and handling our complex request with such care! This location is incredibly lucky to have an employee like her.
Stopped to get the Mrs. A mother's day treat after visiting our daughter. The drive thru line was long and she thought about just driving away We gave it a try and the wait was short. Hard working staff had us on the road and happy we stopped in no time. Thanks for the hustle and ice cream !
This location is hands down the best operated Dairy Queen in the Eagan, Apple Valley, Rosemount, Burnsville area. The staff is always friendly and plentiful, something most DQ's are lacking. Service is fast, friendly and accurate. Payments are completed quickly. There is a second window that is used to keep the drive thru moving. There are enough staff to start making the orders quickly and have them ready as you approach the window. All together they are just much better at the real business of Dairy Queen than most other operators - the real business is SERVICE. Great job employees. Great job management for hiring qualified employees. Good job management for hiring and staffing appropriately to provide the customers what they deserve!
Revised: Didn’t know they accept walk-thru at the window. Currently in line behind a few others. But… Another one of those places that thinks it’s cute to set their own hours and not abide by any hours they have either posted or posted online
This is by far the best dq south of the river. It's always clean, inside and out, and my order is always correct and received in a timely manner. Love it!
Had a bit of a wait on my food, and the manager gave me some extra food in return of the wait. Absolutely great service being run over at the Eagan DQ. Would recommend to anyone who loves god.
Good good food! We ate at a park. Easy thing to do. Now satisfied the family is happy and relaxing.
