I rarely write reviews but when I think they are deserved (positive or negative) I do. In this case, I specifically want to call out Sammy who works at this location and decorates their Ice Cream Cakes (I asked for her name once I saw the cake!) THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION SHOULD GIVE HER A BIG RAI

Stopped to get the Mrs. A mother's day treat after visiting our daughter. The drive thru line was long and she thought about just driving away We gave it a try and the wait was short. Hard working staff had us on the road and happy we stopped in no time. Thanks for the hustle and ice cream !

This location is hands down the best operated Dairy Queen in the Eagan, Apple Valley, Rosemount, Burnsville area. The staff is always friendly and plentiful, something most DQ's are lacking. Revised: Didn’t know they accept walk-thru at the window. Currently in line behind a few others. But… Another one of those places that thinks it’s cute to set their own hours and not abide by any hours they have either posted or posted online

The cashier must have been new. It's Dairy Queen...locations are always different. I'll give them another shot but I wasn't impressed the first time. One car in front of me and I waited in line for a long time. My order was wrong and I got refunded for some of it, but they still charged me for thing

This is by far the best dq south of the river. It's always clean, inside and out, and my order is always correct and received in a timely manner. Love it!

Had a bit of a wait on my food, and the manager gave me some extra food in return of the wait. Absolutely great service being run over at the Eagan DQ. Would recommend to anyone who loves god.

Good good food! We ate at a park. Easy thing to do. Now satisfied the family is happy and relaxing.
