I can't say any thing regarding the food, never completed the transaction. Order taker had to argue with cashier and me about what I actually ordered. Guess she didn't get my whole order because she interrupted me. I remember now why I never do business here.

I made my order online, But they started to prepare my food when I arrived. And when I checked my order at home, they forget my drink, sauce, napkin, and spoon for my mash&gravy. Bad service here, But fried chicken is good.

The chicken was very crispy and very tasty the mashed potatoes were great and high on top of that we got some jalapeno peppers with ketchup and mustard and hot sauce best meal

The spicey chicken sandwich isn't all that. There's a small piece of brest placed on a huge bun. Paying for a lot of bread carbs

Been enjoying coming to KFC since they’ve gotten the Beyond Fried Chicken option. I’ve gotten from here before and from other KFCs.
Today though they looked me dead in my eyes and said “here’s your beyond chicken” as they handed me real chicken. I knew the second I bit into it. Not coming here again.

Placed a mobile order twice and both times they got it so EGREGIOUSLY wrong, I swear they did it on purpose. If you want fried chicken and don't want your order to be screwed up, I suggest going to Lee's. I've been there more times and they've never botched my order like this KFC has.

I went through the drive through and the speaker is broken so therefore you have to ask them to repeat because you can't hear them properly. The attendant get nasty and when I went to the window she has the most nasty attitude and rude. Not a good place to stop. Poor representation for the brand.
