Burger King

This one is in Loughborough Commons. I like it but I don't think the staff is the fastest or most courteous. The parking lot is free with two handicapped parking spot s. The restrooms are handicapped accessible. I prefer the ten piece chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce. I recently tried the all vegetable burger and it did taste like the Whopper.

I went through the drive thru and my niece INSISTED on ordering for the whole car, she’s only 4 so we of course told her that would be fine! The General Manager Roe was working and she had so much patience while my niece was placing the order. At the window, she then congratulated her on her order and stated how beautiful she is and how she looks like a princess!! She made her day with such a simple and kind gesture. The food was hot and seemed to be made right to order! We got exactly what we ordered and more with the kindness! I don’t leave reviews very often, but we will remember her from our trip!! I wish the people in Vegas were this nice to us!! For fast food, this has to have been one of the most pleasant experiences. If you see this Miss Roe, THANK YOU!

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the atmosphere and efficiency of the restaurant. The staff seemed motivated and engaged, and it was clear that the positive energy trickled down from the GM. Not only was the food delicious and served promptly, but the GM also went out of their way to ensure that every customer was satisfied. Their attention to detail and commitment to creating a welcoming environment truly stood out. It's not often that you come across a manager who is not only skilled in running a tight ship but also genuinely cares about the experience of every diner. This particular Burger King location exceeded my expectations, thanks to the leadership of the General Manager. I highly recommend visiting this establishment if you're in search of a well-managed and customer-focused dining experience. Five stars all the way!
