Once I had looked over the menu and resolved on what I wanted to order, it was a matter of about two minutes for my order to be taken by a very polite clerk. I ordered a three meat combo with pulled pork, pulled brisket and turkey legs. She asked if I wanted barbecue sauce on the meat, or on the side, and then inquired as to which side dishes I would like. I ordered okra and black-eyed peas for my sides. It was a matter of about three or four minutes before my food was ready. She called my number, and then held open the styrofoam container my food was in. She scored points for having masterful presentation skills. All I could say was that the food looked "awesome". I then told her that I would leave a positive review; as my experience was rather counter to the reviews that I read prior to choosing this establishment.
I must say that the food was just as deserving of praise as the service. The best parts were the pulled chicken, okra and black-eyed peas. I'm ambivalent about the pork. I have yet to tear into the turkey legs; as they are sitting in the fridge waiting for my next helping. I will probably get three or four portions out of this combo. I will definitely be a return customer in the future.
I ate a lot of ribs on my visit to the US. I had them in Memphis, in Greensborough and in Natches. The ones I had from Rib Shack, St Louis were the best.
They took a while due to the place being very busy, but well worth the wait.
The owner was very friendly and accommodating.
Highly recommend the drive out to eat here.
I went through the drive-thru & the cashier was very nice, professional and she happily named all the available sides I could get with my beef brisket sandwich lunch special. My food was hot fresh & delicious & a bottle of water came with it to my surprise. I'm going back tomorrow because it was so tasty. Yum! 😋
We visited this restaurant rib shack last night and the food was great except for the sauce it has a smoke flavor I don't like if you love sweet baby ray then the sauce is nasty but if you love maulls bbq sauce you will like it. Anyway the food was fresh and hot the rip tips was tender and the jumbo shrimp and yams and mac and cheese was really cheesy. All was good Try it for yourself. Dinner for two cost about $35.
This is my go-to place for BBQ Ribs!! The meat falls from the bone. Staff is friendly and helpful and my wait time is usually 20 minutes or less depending on the day of the week and time of day...yes, they are that busy...However, the food is totally worth the wait!!

I had the rib tip and grilled shrimp combo. Both were full of flavor. Enjoyed the side of cabbage also.
A friend told me about this place. We got the baby back ribs and pork ribs. They were delicious ! I also enjoyed all of their sides and it was a cool place.
