Never had a bad meal here. Went on mother's day at the end of the lunch crowd. Sat down and ordered at 1:15. Got our meal at 2:05. 😭The tilapia was good. Edit on 3/30/19 went for lunch, great food, great service! A 3 star rating went to 5.

This is my first time dining at this O’Charley’s Restaurant. We had the $4 Margarita’s. I had the bourbon glazed salmon with mashed sweet potato and a salad. My husband had the seafood combo with shrimp and crab cake patties. The food was very good. 4 hot dinner rolls came first, then the salads, Margaritas and dinner. The restaurant was sparsely occupied and I felt safe safe during this COVID-19 pandemic. The waiter was attentive and friendly. The entire bill (including drinks) was $50. I left a 20% tip and we were happy campers.

My first time at O’Charleys and it was delicious. There is plenty of parking and kid friendly. No one seemed bother by our son making noise. They have high chairs. Our waiter was very efficient and kind. I ordered the chipotle chicken tenders basket with fries for $9.99. You can add soup or salad and a choice of pie for $3.99. The salad was great. Had an array of salad dressings, even my favorite balsamic vinaigrette. The chipotle tenders had a hint of sweetness and a pop of spiciness. The atmosphere was laid back. Ohhhh and the free rolls are very soft! They reminded me of Ryan’s (old buffet in St. Louis that closed) rolls!

We sat in the bar. I think there were too many tables seated for one server. The new burgers were tasty but combined with the fries, way too salty. Smash burgers are normally thin and a bit crispy. These weren't but still good. We'll skip the fries next time.

I would like to give a huge shout out to the server Audra for being very kind and patient to someone with mental disabilities and actually engaged in a conversation with the person. It really did make his day as he strives to be talked to and treated like a human! Thank you so much for the service and thanks O'charleys for the good food.

Sarah our waitress and the manager Matt, gave us the absolute best service I think we have ever had. The restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Matt made sure our steaks were made perfectly. And Sarah is the best we've had. I think this is our go to place for steaks now. Thank you Matt and Sarah.

Here is the midwest, fish and chips is a meal often fried improperly but not at O'Charley's. They serve great BBQ but, for me, their fish & chips brings me back month after month.

The food was incredible and delicious. The team that waited on us was very polite and, dare I say it, joyful! The restroom and atmosphere was clean and welcoming. If we had that way again, this will certainly be one of our stops.
