Never had a bad meal here. Went on mother's day at the end of the lunch crowd. Sat down and ordered at 1:15. Got our meal at 2:05. šThe tilapia was good. Edit on 3/30/19 went for lunch, great food, great service! A 3 star rating went to 5.

This is my first time dining at this OāCharleyās Restaurant. We had the $4 Margaritaās. I had the bourbon glazed salmon with mashed sweet potato and a salad. My husband had the seafood combo with shrimp and crab cake patties. The food was very good. 4 hot dinner rolls came first, then the salads, Margaritas and dinner. The restaurant was sparsely occupied and I felt safe safe during this COVID-19 pandemic. The waiter was attentive and friendly. The entire bill (including drinks) was $50. I left a 20% tip and we were happy campers.

My first time at OāCharleys and it was delicious. There is plenty of parking and kid friendly. No one seemed bother by our son making noise. They have high chairs. Our waiter was very efficient and kind. I ordered the chipotle chicken tenders basket with fries for $9.99. You can add soup or salad and a choice of pie for $3.99. The salad was great. Had an array of salad dressings, even my favorite balsamic vinaigrette. The chipotle tenders had a hint of sweetness and a pop of spiciness. The atmosphere was laid back. Ohhhh and the free rolls are very soft! They reminded me of Ryanās (old buffet in St. Louis that closed) rolls!

We sat in the bar. I think there were too many tables seated for one server. The new burgers were tasty but combined with the fries, way too salty. Smash burgers are normally thin and a bit crispy. These weren't but still good. We'll skip the fries next time.

I would like to give a huge shout out to the server Audra for being very kind and patient to someone with mental disabilities and actually engaged in a conversation with the person. It really did make his day as he strives to be talked to and treated like a human! Thank you so much for the service and thanks O'charleys for the good food.

Sarah our waitress and the manager Matt, gave us the absolute best service I think we have ever had. The restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Matt made sure our steaks were made perfectly. And Sarah is the best we've had. I think this is our go to place for steaks now. Thank you Matt and Sarah.

Here is the midwest, fish and chips is a meal often fried improperly but not at O'Charley's. They serve great BBQ but, for me, their fish & chips brings me back month after month.

Not going here again. Kids eat free night. They ordered burgers. Both burnt, both looked eaten off of ( I'm sure they weren't, just looked like bites missing) returned. They asked for pizza. Cheese (?) Was not melted, both took one look and made a weird face. Both tried it. J. tried but took most of it home for the pup, and bit into a really hard piece of something. A. said I'm so hungry please bring me something I can eat. Mini corn dogs. He peeled the too hard to ear crust off and ate the "dogs" I don't blame them for charging us for the mini corn dogs, after sending 2 meals back. My food was partially cold. Sent back and microwaved. Potato soup was really good.
Basically the kids had a scoop of ice cream each for dinner, and my salad they shared
The server was fantastic. Most.of the food is I guess being tossed. Disappointed

I was there Monday for lunch with a group of six of us and I had there French dip sandwich and I was a little disappointed in it cuz the beef did not have a really good flavor to it it was done but it was just missing some spices and the flavor and the dipping sauce was just pretty bland. I also have to agree with one of the other comments I thought the rolls were better before than they were now so not sure why. Not saying I won't go back but I was a little disappointed the service was good

Our server was rude, the table behind us was very obnoxious and we couldn't even enjoy our food, it took them 20 minutes to get a drink and it was just an awful experience all the way through.

Service was great. Steak was a little over cooked. We ordered well done it came charred. The rest of the food was yummy. Handicap parking was not by the entrance. They may need to remodel a little.

Ate here today. We got there about 11:40 and probably ordered 10-15 minutes later. Our food did not come for a whole hour after that. By the time we ate and paid our check it was 1:30 when we left. To top it all off as I was driving home I realized that I didn't even get the fresh fruit that was part of my order.

Well this is my last dinner at Ocharleys...they have taken their prime rib Pasta off their menu. This really sucks...this place was always one of our go to restaurants.

My family gathers every Sunday for dinner, we decided to order OāCharleys for the first time and we will not be ordering from this location again. We ordered Chips and Queso and received no Queso, half cooked fries, and burnt chicken strips. I ranked 2 stars because Iām not sure if this is typical from this location or not, but I will not be finding out.

Ordered a medium steak. Was told it would have red in the middle. There was no red. It was way over cooked and rubbery and couldn't even eat it.

We both had salads . They were very goood . I was a little disappointed in the rolls . I remember them being better . Ours seemed to be whole wheat while I saw others that seemed to be white . I think I would have preferred those . Also asked for extra napkins and we needed another straw and it took forever !
