Mcdonald's

So I know it's a fast food place and it was busy BUT the way we were greeted through the drive thru was rude and then we didnt get our correct sauces for the nuggets we ordered worst of all as you can see in the photo proper hygiene is not taking place at this location this is the longest hair I have ever seen... actually thankfully it was long because I was able to see it before I took a bite. So gross!

Employees talk to you with an attitude don't get orders right. Aggressively rushing me, The customer. Drop my change, and gave 3 waters instead of 3 sprint. How do I contact the own of this location. Everyone there does not do there job like how they should including the manager. If there not happy to work there why do they have to ruin other people's day. I just wanted food. McDonald's please do better for the community

Went to that mcdonald's across from Aldi's. Ordered a double quarter pounder. I got my burger and it was literally swimming in a pool of it's own grease. And by the time I brought it back all the grease soaked into the cardboard box and it was a soggy mess. And then the manager had the nerve to tell me I was wrong for being upset. As a chef, if I ever sent out a burger that was soaked in half the grease this was I'd be fired. The staff when taking my order was very short with me. And I was the only vehicle in the driveway so there's no way my food and service should be this terrible.

My kids Happy meal had apple slices and milk that expires on the 18th of January 2021 and they tried to tell me that they're good until the end of the day. Mind you it's the 19th of January. So all and all my kids didn't get anything to drink with their meal and No apple slices. Not quite a happy meal.

Always have decent service. We always come and get a sweet tea and ice cream cone. Additionally, 9/10 times they have ice cream unlike a few of the other stores in the area. I wish I knew her name but she always works the first window. She's always nice and deserves a raise!! I only gave 4 stars because they got a few items on my last trip wrong, but they fixed it right away no questions asked. Keep up the good work (:
