I don't come in here as much if at all. I really getting tired of your employees digging into me. I'm a paying customer who Wanted a cup of coffee. Every time I go in here the coffee taste burnt. This is I why I went to Panera Bread. I can server my self without having to deal with the employees even though they are really professional and respectable. This is getting old.

Caribou is wonderful wherever it is located, but to have it in Byerlys is perfect. I can order ahead, pick up my coffee and enjoy my shopping with my coffee! The carts have beverage holders making it so convenient. 2 of my favorite stores in the same place.. perfect!

Just went in had to correct my order that the Somali girl took, this is the second time she's done this, then I get the second and I get handed a small and ordered a large. Like child size coffee. It's really irritating
