Maybe it's the location, maybe it's covid, but I was here twice in the last week and lines were small, workers were friendly and food was good. What more can you ask for. If you wanting to grab a quick sandwich in St. Charles, go to this subway, easy to get in and out of. Please give my review a thumbs up if it helps you.

This is a good Subway. The ladies that work there made five sandwiches for us and labeled them. There was not a wait. I asked for mustard and mayo on the side because we weren't going to eat them right away and because some subways add too much for some people. They had mayo packets but they put mustard in little containers and provided us knifes to spread it. I think everyone was happy with their sandwiches. I'd go to this Subway again.

I always forget this Subway is here!! Stopped in for 2 sandwiches for lunch with the wife. The place was super clean and the Sandwich Artist Chris was friendly and very helpful. Definitely didn't skimp on the veggies. Great Sandwich. And, they have the Veggie Max which is amazing. Excellent experience

Cleanest, best Subway I've been to. While it does show some age. The employees are great. and I always think I'm going into an engineers version of subway, everything in its place, and clean clean clean.

This is not my usual store but I went at lunchtime during the week and the service was really fast. The restaurant appeared to be clean and the service was friendly, but I was quite disappointed with the quality of the food. The veggies were limp and wilted and the meat was discolored and foul tasting. After one bite I opened the sandwich and noticed the meat smelled off. Since I was already back to work, I was not able to return the sandwich, bit I did not have the courage to eat it. Poor quality but fast, friendly service.
