At this specific location I thoroughly enjoyed my meal took my daughter there for her birthday dinner cuz it's her favorite and the only thing that I could say that I didn't like was the fact that it was so cold in there which I guess is better than being hot but it was hard to enjoy my meal with my I guess I guess I could have asked if they could have raised the temperature on the thermostat but I thought that would have been doing too much but other than that I had a great experience. 😊

Popeys used to be really good and spicy but has gone downhill. Its 'large' sides aren't large either. $32 for 8 pieces of small chicken and a side is kinda expensive.

This is THEE BEST Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Sacramento! The chicken is always hot and fresh! Their kitchen is always super clean! They have never messed up my order and always professional! When I come here I go through the drive-thru and then park in the lot because I can't wait to eat it! I will say however, the sides have become ridiculously expensive so I never get any. Only chicken and a drink, but it's soooogoood that I don't even need the side!😁♥️😋

Just like the impeccable service, I don't know where to begin. Even with very large and difficult orders they almost always seem to have the meal ready for me the second I'm at the window, longest I've ever waited was 5 minutes for a pretty large order. As a member of the food industry, whoever is running this place knows their system and has it down. I wish my managers were as efficient. Well done all around.

Was in and out in less than 10 mins. The food was pretty good and fresh. Only complaint would be that there wasn't much sauce on the sweet and spicy wings.

Everything is great. The only problem I have is that they close the lobby early. U can charge your phone computer in here as well.

Popeyes is always good certain locations are better than most thus is a better one . The food is generally fresh, not soggy the customer service is generally good

My first time ever trying Popeye's. It was delicious. Drive through was quick. Employees were nice. Got more than what I asked for. Satisfied. I got 2 mild chicken pieces (no combo).

Was disappointed not to see the blackened chicken tenders on the menu outside or inside, but nice to know that you can order these instead of the breaded chicken. Only reason why I knew Popeye's had these was because they are on my Weight Watcher app. It's nice to know that I could eat healthy when I'm out and about and not worry about blowing my diet. Would be helpful if the more healthy items were put on both menus inside and out.
