Every time I order curbside here on my lunch, the employee greets me with the biggest smile and makes me feel like a number 1 customer. I’ve never experienced a Chick-fil-A type of service from any establishment before, except for this McDonald’s location. They haven’t ever gotten my order wrong either! I order different things because I get lunch for others, too so that’s amazing!
I love me some hot french fries and chicken nuggets from McDonald's just as much as the next person, so I head down to my neighborhood McDonald's on Del Paso. Special shout out to Marlene, who was my absolute hero! Bringing me my hot fresh chicken nuggies to my table for me. After a long hard exhausting day she was a savior. She was so kind and so sweet. Almost immediately after serving me she returned to the counter and then had to deal with the RUDEST customer I have ever seen. This guy was irrate, condescending, and just plain argumentative. I felt so bad for her. I watched this woman put up with possibly the worst customer that you have ever met, and she did it with grace, class, and integrity. Employee of The YEAR!!!
Laura The manager was outrageous. She came straight to me very nice and helped me order from the kiosk .She was so patient I give her and her crew an A+ that's for sure h..... thank you very much !!!! McDonald's staff
Easy ordering, great food.. burgers 🍔
Ok, I thought I was back in time. The service inside is good and getting better since I started visiting when I worked close by. So after 5 visits I liked it and used their WiFi. Ask them as it seems a mystery at first, if I recall. Fries excellent for McDonald's. Burgers good.
Bathrooms monitored closely.
And lastly, location or geography about a 7 out of 10.
When my princess says she's hungry and it's time for her weekly McDonald's Happy Meal, I stop on demand.
Thank you for always talking care of me !! The Soda machine broken so they gave me a Free chocolate shake !!! Nice work....
Closed the dining room at 6 pm outrageous eight ok maybe because of area but 6 or 7 outrageous. 2 Thumbs down on service.

All I can say about this McDonald's is the food is mediocre the atmospheres average but the customer service is by far worth the visit. My man's Jose at the drive through window and everybody else here made it very well worth the trip across town. I give this McDonald's a 5 out of five on the Stars but like I said not because the food of the atmosphere strictly because of the customer service. And Jose needs a raise
